A. Boot using Windows XP Setup CD and follow the instruction like Accepting
EULA, etc.

B. When it asks to repair your existing Windows
installation<http://www.askvg.com/how-to-reset-recover-forgotten-windows-nt-2000-xp-2003-administrator-password/#>,
accept it and press "R" to run the repair.

C. Setup will start repairing your Windows and will start copying files,
etc.
D.* After a few minutes setup will restart your system and when it restarts
don't press any key when it shows "Press any key to continue..." otherwise
Setup will start from the beginning. Don't press any key and setup will
resume where it left.

*E.* Now it'll start doing other tasks and will show a small progressbar
with a few details in left side.

*F.* Look carefully at the details and when it shows "*Installing devices*",
press *<Shift>+F10* keys in your keyboard.

*G.* It'll open a Command Prompt window. Now type *nusrmgr.cpl* and press *
<Enter>*.

*H.* It'll open the same "User Accounts" window which you see in Control
Panel.

*I.* Now you can remove or reset any account password without any problem.

Thu Apr 28, 2011 9:03 pm (PDT)

Folk Culture of Garhwal

Panyuli , Jagudi were Originally Nathpanthi and Kukretis
have Strong Link with Nathpanth

(Mantra Tantra in Garhwal, Mantra Tantra Mantra Tantra in Himalaya, Mantra
tantra in Uttarakhand )

Bhishma Kukreti

Nathpanth or Guru Gorakhpanthi had been an important sect of Garhwal from
8th century to twelvth century and this period is called Siddh Kal /Siddh
Period of Garhwal. Every Garhwali whether in Garhwal or in other parts of
India is affected by Nathpanthi philosophy or Nathpanthi Karmkand .

For example, a prominent Brahmin castes of Garhwal Painyuli has link with
Nathpanth. Dr Vishnu datt Kukreti an only contemporary expert of Nathpanth,
proved by reference of Pundit Harikrishna Raturi s book Garhwal ka Itihas,
in his book Nathpanth : Garhwal ke Paripeksh me and an article that the
first person of Painyuli Brahmnath Ji was Nathpathi who settled in village
Panyala , Patti ramoli of Tihri Garhwal.in 1200 Ad . Dr Kukreti states that
Painyulis still worship Trishul Nishan of Gorakhpanth . Sameway, Jagudis of
Uttarkashi area worships Trishul Nishan and they are followers of Brahmnath
Ji

Kukretis have a strong link with Nathpanthis or Dalya . There is Math of
Dalyas (where Dalyas are buried) in village Jaspur Malla Dhangu , PG a
original village of Kukretis . The name of place is also Math. It is
believed that in this are you cant be effected by Bhoot Pret at all. The
story is that long back a brother Randev ji Kukreti started using Nathpanthi
Mantras and Tantras in wrongful direction or harmful to humanity. Kukretis
out casted him and sent him exile to nearby place Raneth . Later on Randev
ji became prolific Dalya Guru and became famous not only in Gangasalan but
in other places of Salan too . he requested his family members to have Math
in Jaspur as he was great lover of his village .
Same way , there is place Dalyan near Khaman Dabralsyun where Kukretis were
migrated from Jaspur and in Dalyan there are Dalyas gurus . Their first
ancestor was also Kukreti of Khaman or Jaspur
Dobriyals have strong links with Nathpanth sect as Bhairavgarh or Langurgarh
temple LanguValla was prominet centre for developing and publicizing
Mantras and Tantras of Nathpanth. Dobriyals are the priests of Bhairavgarh
from the start

Active Political Leaders of Uttarakhand

The opening part of the last Mail: Taking the torch of Lal Singh Adhikari towards its destination Date: Thursday, 28 April, 2011, 7:54 AM needs repeated attention.  It said:
Garhwal Post criticism of the Uttarakhand and Uttaranchal Associations of North America has been highlighted in recent mails because two top UANA leaders consider Dhumakot Sangliya Mails as garbage and scam.  The last Mail: UANA can still Dream and Shoot for the Stars. Date: Wednesday, 27 April, 2011, 6:04 AM focused on the following expression from the tribute to Lal Singh Adhikari paid by UANA president Ajay Rawat.
Lal Singh Adhikari single handedly shaped UANA from a community organization to a non-profit international organization and formed a permanent link between the Uttarnchalies living at home and Uttaranchalies living away from home.
The concluding part of the Garhwal Post criticism was:
So, the Uttaranchali associations and the State Government continue to operate in two different directions.
Neither the Uttaranchal government will entertain their e-mail, nor will the UANA representatives try to meet the state government officials in an organized manner.
So, the forthcoming UANA annual convention should be looked upon as a picnic. Lots of fun and lack of seriousness about doing something at the grassroots level in Uttaranchal. So, there is nothing to cheer about!
Since the UANA was not able to carry the torch of the Mission because of the civil war, it seems that Dhumakot Sangliya Mails unconsciously had to lift it. The first step was to reach Gopio.  Gopio had to pass through its own history of civil wars.  USA had to do the same thing.  Soviet Union had to do the same.

and its ending part also needs repeated consideration.  It concluded:

The Uttarakhand Government is eGovernment.  The difference was clarified in the Mail: Phatte ki Sarkar vs. Nishank Sarkar Wednesday, 7 October, 2009 8:47 AM as follows:
This group of Phatte ki Sarkar is in touch with Gopio. It is not known what Nishank Government is doing. Khanduri Government had Puran Nailwalji as the Minister Equivalent for NRIs and PIOs.  Phatte ki Sarkar does not know who is dealing with the NRI- PIO portfolio in the Nishank Government.  But the Khanduri Government too was not much ahead of the Nishank Government. Rough search on the Internet gives the following link for Puran Nailwaji.  It is Justify Defeat Of BJP. The text reads:
I do not know what is the id of Puran Nailwal who looks after the NRI affairs. You will be receiving Dhumakot Sangliya mails through. Source:
www.merapahad.com/.../whether-defeat-of-bjp-in-uttarakhand-justified-on-grounds-of-development.
The same Mail:  also had the following reference to UANA:
The Subject of the last mail was Tolia, Palini, DD Pant S K Joshi to get you in touch with Harish Pant Ji   who wrote:
Reading all these e-mail, I believe you are very well known and know very closely the Uttarakhand politics and Uttarakhand. Some day I would like to discuss some these ideas and your advice to persuade this dream.
He also observed:
We also have a small Uttarakhand/ Uttaranchal association of North America (UANA). I will also appreciate if you could send me your personal contact e- mail address, if possible.
Bhishma Pundits will note that when Prabhu Negi describes these Mails as Garbage and when Deepak Nautiyal describes them spam, these noted UANA leaders are not doing justice to Lal Adhikari Torch.

Let us now know Harish Pant Ji from the following:
Dr. Pant received his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Physics from Agra University, Agra, India. His postdoctoral studies were conducted on the mechanisms of electron and ion transport in model membrane systems at the Department of Biophysics at Michigan State University. He joined the Laboratory of Neurobiology in the NIMH as a senior staff fellow in 1974 with Dr. Ichiji Tasaki where he studied the function of the axonal cytoskeleton in the squid giant axon. In 1979 he moved to the NIAAA extending his studies on the neuronal cytoskeleton and the effects of alcohol on its regulation. Dr. Pant moved to the NINDS, Laboratory of Neurochemistry in 1987 where he is presently chief of the section on Cytoskeleton Regulation. His laboratory is studying the mechanisms of topographic regulation of neuronal cytoskeleton proteins by post-translational modification, including the role of kinase cascades in normal brain and during neurodegeneration.

As well as from the following text of his mail Pant, Harish (NIH/NINDS) [E] PantH@ninds.nih.gov Date: Tuesday, 6 October, 2009, 5:50 AM
I was thinking to introduce myself. I believe I must have met you while you were at NPL. I have visited NPL several times during and before  the Directorship of Dr. S.K. Joshi. I know Dr. Joshi very closely. I belong the same area where he was born and continued our close association. Being at NPL and knowing Dr. Joshi, I am sure you must have known Dr. D.D. Pant, Professor of Physics and then first VC of Kumaon University, Nainital, now Uttarakhand.  In fact Dr. Pant always wanted Uttarakhand as a separate state and  formed a party known as Uttarakhand Kranti Dal  and fought first election for MLA seat and lost.
I was  Dr. D.D.Pant student. Last year Dr. D.D. Pant passed away, perhaps, you may know. Many of his students and colleagues have a wish to do some thing  to honor him. Students like Dr. Tolia and Dr. Lalit Mohan Palini will have the similar wish and many people not only from Uttaraknand but all over India and some in abroad.  Reading all these e-mail, I believe you are very well known and know very closely the Uttarakhand politics and Uttarakhand. Some day I would like to discuss some these ideas and your advice to persuade this dream. I also know Dr. Tolia and Palini. Lately I lost contact with them , if you are in contact with them , could you please send me their e- mail addresses. We also have a small Uttarakhand/ Uttaranchal association of North America ( UANA).

These mails that are being considered as Garbage and Spam by UANA leaders are different to Dr Harish Pant.  Today they are on the different sides of the UANA movement. The weakness of the politics of eBusiness  in Uttarakhand is well known.  This weakness is due to the absence of what the mail from Singapore based  Hari pant hari_pant@yahoo.com Date: Sunday, 1 October, 2006, 10:11 AM describes as
We need to be united to develop Uttarakhand.
I have seen a lot of people want to contribute but they have one point in mind, is their contribution going in right direction?
I also agree with Mr. Ram Prasad we need the help of our Uttarakhand scientist those are from Overseas & within India.
This is why these Mails had to move up and interact with Gopio and taking the advantage of the Prahalad Memorial Lecture at the PBD-2011 to reword the Global Poverty Formula as Global Poverty Cuboid with the Kochiyar Library as the centre and Bhishma Pundits as the nearest global orbit around it. This also happens to what has been defined as Lal Singh Adhikari Torch in recent mails making use of the observation of  Dr Prabhu Negi who supported Adhikari Ji.

Ram Prasad

Hi, I am your Mediclaim Customer. I am 30 years old, married, have a kid. I own a house in the suburbs of Mumbai and have recently bought a small car. I am well read, and hence fairly aware of basics of financial planning and securing my future. Yes, I believe in Insurance. I bought my first insurance policy (term life) when I was 23 years old. Yes, I know, I am the type of customer, who you vie for I am the one who appears as Sec A2 target customer right at the top of all your sales spreadsheets and presentations.

I have been your customer since 2007. It started off pretty well. I received fairly good service from your end. Butlately, I have been very uneasy with our relationship. In fact, I think I have lost trust in you. OK. Stop getting surprised; I know you are part of a group valued in Multi billion dollars ; I know you have presence in 100s of countries worldwide, you surpass all the solvency norms set by the regulator, and yes, your claims settlements are improving . But I have still lost trust in you. Can you help? Please give me your 5 minutes to explain.

4 years back, when I was 26 years old, I decided to buy my own health insurance policy. I had a cover in my dads policy, but my calculations showed that I was not covered adequately. I therefore approached a health insurance broker. He did a good job, helping me compare various mediclaim policies available in the market, and took me through how this whole mediclaim thing works. I signed up for the most attractive one (the one which had the best features and the lowest price). I was proud I had done my homework, just like my dad would.

Two renewals had passed, when I received the 3rd years Renewal Notice. The renewal notice talked about increase in premium by a shocking 500%, with the reason adverse claims ratio and Medical Inflation mentioned on the letter. A premium of Rs. 3000 for 2 Lakhs coverage for a family of 3, has increased to Rs. 13000! OK, I understand Medical inflation, but I am sure it wouldnt have been grown more than 50%, then how was the remaining 450% increase in premium to be understood? Did I have a role to play in the adverse claims ratio you faced? Could I have helped avoiding it? At first, I was sure, the premium mentioned was a printing error, but when I realized it was correct, I felt cheated and went berserk. I called the Broker (who himself was shocked, and worried), set up con-calls with the Insurance Companys representatives, escalated the matter to the regional office, all I received were templated/recorded answers.PhewI finally gave up.

I refused to renew the policy with this company, and heroicly pledged not to deal with this organization ever. My Broker suggested I port my mediclaim policy to another player. This time, I made sure this player was an ethical, reliable name. I finally zeroed on to a large Insurance company which had an alliance with supposedly the worlds largest insurance company.

I moved on.

Cut to today, I recently received a call from my Broker, the health insurance company had removed the No Claim Bonus of Discount completely from my renewed policy this year, without citing any reasons at all. I got this strange feeling of dj vu. Forget prior information, I was expecting some communication from this big brand, but there was none. In this world of extreme transparency and hyper competition, I am amazed at this unusual apathy shown by the best of world Health Insurance Companies in India. (Read 17 Most asked questions in Health Insurance)

When I called the Insurance Company representative, all he said is that Medical Insurance is a yearly contract, and terms are subject to change on renewal. A yearly contract!??!!? Whoa? When this medical policy was sold (twice by different providers) to me, I was explained various clauses in details like 2 years waiting periods, 4 years continuous renewals and the USP lifetime guaranteed renewal. How can a mediclaim which assures lifetime renewal be a yearly contract?? Isnt this a classic paradox?

OK, I know you are busy.So let me stop complaining, forget the past, and give you one more chance, the last one. Let me plan for my all critical post retirement/old age Healthcare costs. So now I understand the mediclaim policy is a yearly contract. I understand, you are making losses, you are unable to control the claims in Health Insurance and you are forced to make these small changes in the contract, every year. And yes, I should feel fortunate, that second time on, you atleast did not increase the premium by 500%.

I understand all that, but looking at the rampant changes you have been making in the policy wordings and process, I am really in a fix. I am now not sure what the policy would evolve into when I reach my old age. The way things are moving, the one thing, I am sure of is that the policy would be gravely different from what it is today (I am sure, a money making product for you, by then)

So, How do I predict the policy conditions and plan my post retirement healthcare expenditure?

Till when, and to what extent you would keep changing the terms? How do I assure myself, that the terms would be favorable for someone like me who bought his policy at 26, paid you premium, without claims for 14 years, from someone who is 40 that time and is buying a fresh policy??

Now, I am getting really confused. When you sold the product you encouraged me to buy these, clearly calling them long term investment, and now, on renewal you are calling it a yearly contact. Would you continue to guarantee lifetime renewals, or would you add restrictions on co-pay, remove no claim bonus, remove all large hospitals from the cashless network or worse, spike the rates by 500% every year, when I am growing older?.

Now, its all boiling down to plain trust. How should I trust a selectively transparent, for-profit organization like you? Is Mediclaim a policy with long term commitments or is it a yearly contract?

Would love to hear an answer. Can you help?

Thanks,

Your Health Insurance Customer.
