Horticulture project in uttarakhand

Dear freinds,

It fills me with immense pleasure and proud to know that people of
Uttarakhand are seriously thinking about developing �����horticulture����� in our
state. I would like to congratulate people associated and wish people luck
who wants to get associated with it. As we all know that Uttaranchal is a
state which contains a large number of �����floras����� like valley of flowers which
is one the beautiful example and shows how fertile is ******land** of **
Uttaranchal****.

I would like to suggest, if majority agrees, that we should bring this
initiative as a mass project with the help of government. If require we can
meet central goverenment minister and request them for support (financial as
well as technical and legal).

This will have double folded effect. First it will generate employment;
secondly it will boost tourism and can establish Uttaranchal as a
horticulture hub of ****India****, which is already known for some of the
medicinal herb.

For this we (serious people) can meet in ****Delhi**** and decide how to
move ahead with it.

PF and Gratuity details

Good evening to all,

i want to know following things:

1) If I leaves a company after serving for more than 5 year, wht is the
procedure for taking Gratuity..
2) wht is the process for taking out PF, if i join a chinese company here in
India or a other company in singapore.

If my present company does not sign the paper for the above. I am asking as
some of my ex collegues who have
left it, are yet to receive the PF and gratuity, though they have given the
necessary documents 6 months ago.

Dear Bimal,
PF is your right:
Once you leave the company employer has no right to impede your PF,
they can repudiate to sign on the form or delay it unnecessary for
harassment but the verity is they have no control on PF.
What you should know:
There are measures that can be followed to get the amount transferred to your new account. When a member finds difficult to get the form
attested by the employer, he can get the attestation on form 19 and 10 c from any of the following officers & send it to the Provident Fund
office :
Manager of a bank.
By any gazetted officer.
Member of the Central Board of Trustees./ committee/ Regional Committee (Employees���⒠�� Provident Fund Organization).
Magistrate/ Post/ Sub Post Master/ President of Village Panchayat/ Notary Public.
Apart from withdrawal and transfer, an employee should know about
what is the percentage of contribution of both the employee and the
employer.

Mehta Ji, Dhanyabad for sending such beautiful photographs.���  Photo of Lingwara has refrshed memories of my village life.���  The Lingwara (also known as Khuntra) is generally found in upper hill slopes during monsoon season. This is cooked mixed with onion. This is good for liver and blood purification as well as for sugar patients.���

BimalIn order to claim Gratuity you need to fill form "I" and submit with your employer. As per Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 the employer must pay the gratuity within 30 days of its becoming applicable. If he fails to do so you can reach to the controlling authority of your area. To find out the controlling authority you can go the nearest labour office.In order to withdraw your Provident Fund you need to fill up the Form 19 and 10 C your last employer must sign it. If he refuses to do so you may get it attested by any&nbsp;&nbsp;gazetted officer/ M.P./ M..LA.or bank &nbsp;officer where you have your bank account and submit with the PF office with an application stating that your employer is refusing to attest your withdrawal form.Please note that as per the statute both Gratuity and PF are protected from any legal decree hence no employer can refuse to pay the gratuity under normal circumstances.I hope this&nbsp;answerers&nbsp;all your queries.
