hiring is on fr backoffice , non-voice process in ibm daksh at 444, udhyog vihar, phase -5, gurgaon only on 16th oct of ths mnth, its friday...

-candidate shuld be graduate in any stream
-typing speed shud be 25 wpm
-good knwldge of english (writtn)

This group of the Phatte ki Sarkar is discussing the emerging subject of knowledge management. This is iBusiness because Phatte ki Sarkar is iGovernment. It cannot work on ideas. It can suggest ideas. But the action has to be taken by the eGovernment that is by the Nishank Government. This is why this group glanced in recent mails the following topics one by one. The starting mail in this series focused on the subject of knowledge management by internet. The next mail focused on political knowledge management by internet and the last mail on educational knowledge management. The last mail tried to explain to Times Education Expo 2009 about the complex nature of education and the rest of the topics of human activity and the importance of the Dhumakot Sangliya Experiment in Uttarakhand where besides the regular eGovernment of Dr Nishank, there is also a Phatte ki Sarkar or iGovernment. The focus as usual is on the industrialization of the
hilly part of the state and the global concept of technological nurseries to focus on research on local problems considering the global knowledge as a whole.

We in India are not as experts as those who have developed computers and internet. We have only studied and are studying how these new resources available now can be used to tackle the problem of poverty and backwardness in the countries that together formed the third world. It has been pointed out that Dhumakot Sangliya Experiment is 1946 voice of the World Federation of Scientific Workers. This voice or the Dhumakot Sangliya Experiment have not so far been a part of eBuiness in an open sense but the work continued in India and in the Indian circles all over the world in two directions. One direction that reached Dhumakot Sangliya Experiment and the other direction that developed in the form of Gopio.

Why have we focused on the hilly part of Uttarakhand and the people who have moved out of this part to cities in India and in other parts of the world? The reason is that the economy of the hilly part of Uttarakhand is known as money order economy. This economy is sustained by these migrants for long. It has been found by sending these mails daily that some of the non resident Uttarakhandis in USA and the Gulf do not want to receive these mails. Obviously they want to mind their own eBusiness and live for themselves. Internet knows that this is the main problem of the information explosion all over the world. Let us understand this point from the following message from Yahoo. The message says:

This message is obviously for ePeople who live and work in the developed market economies. They are confident of their money power. But Phatte ki Sarkar studies complex problems of the complex world. Money order economy is dependent on money. Whatwill happen if money itself vanishes. Internet says:

It is important for Uttarakhand to focus on Dhumakot Sangliya Experiment that has two action programmes. The first is the inclusion of the lens nursery project in the state plan and second is the establishment of Gopio Institute of iBusiness that is currently working for the Phatte ki Sarkar.

Hello Bhattji,

Within 35k you can have many options like Dell, Lenovo, HP or Compaq.
But I would suggest you to go for Dell laptop because its after sell service is far better than other brands. I am using Dell laptop ( provided by company), and I am a satisfied user of Dell. You can purchase Dell laptop directly from the Dell Website ( the price would be cheaper than dealer price). Atlast it is your choice, however i also like to suggest you to check the configuration (given below) of laptop:

CPU - Core 2 Duo or upper
RAM - Minimum 2GB
Harddisk - As per your usage (these days 180 GB is common)
LAN Port (with LED indicators) and Wifi for Internet connectivity

दीपावली : पूजाऔर लक्ष्मी पूजा के अवसर पर प्रमुख रूप से भगवान गणेश और देवी लक्ष्मी के तीन रूपों की पूजा की जाती है। भगवान गणेश की पूजा किसी भी शुभ कार्य को आरंभ करने से पूर्व की जाती है क्योंकि ये विघ्नहर्ता यानी बाधाओं को हरने वाले हैं। देवी लक्ष्मी की पूजा उनके तीन रूपों
महालक्ष्मी (धन और संपत्ति की देवी), महासरस्वती (शिक्षा और विद्या की देवी), और महाकाली, कुबेर (धन खजाने के देवता) में की की जाती है।
लक्ष्मी पूजा : देवी लक्ष्मी भृगु की बेटी थी और जब सभी देवताओं को निर्वासित किया गया था तब इन्होंने दूध के समुद्र में जाकर आश्रय लिया था। समुद्र मंथन के समय लक्ष्मी जी का दुबारा जन्म हुआ। लक्ष्मी जी की सुंदरता को देखकर सभी देवता उन पर मोहित हो गये। भगवान शिव ने लक्ष्मी को अपनी पत्नी होने का दावा कर दिया लेकिन उन्होंने बाद में लक्ष्मी को भगवान विष्णु के हाथों में सौंप
दिया जैसा कि श्री लक्ष्मीजी चाहती थी। लक्ष्मी उजाला, सुंदरता, सौभाग्य और धन सम्पत्ति की दैवी हैं। लक्ष्मी जी की पूजा सफलता प्राप्त करने के लिए की जाती है। वे उन भक्तों के पास हमेशा नहीं रहती हैं जो आलसी है और धन संपत्ति के लिए जो उनकी पूजा करता है।
पूजा करने की विधि :सबसे पहले जिस स्थान पर पूजा करना है वहां साफ सफाई कर नया कपड़ा बिछाएं। इसके मध्य में थोड़ा सा अनाज रखें और इसके ऊपर कलश, लोटा स्थापित करें। कलश में तीन चौथाई पानी भरें और इसमें एक सुपारी, एक फूल, एक सिक्का और कुछ चावल के दाने डालें। कलश में डालने के लिए के पांच तरह के पत्ते या आम के पत्ते का इंतजाम करें। कलश के पास थोड़ा सा खाद्य पदार्थ रखें और इसको चावल से
ढंक दें। अब हल्दी का इस्तेमाल करते हुए चावल के ऊपर कमल का चित्र बनाएं और इसके बाद देवी लक्ष्मी की प्रतिमा को एक सिक्के के साथ इसके ऊपर स्थापित करें। कलश के सामने दायीं ओर(दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिशा) भगवान गणेश की प्रतिमा को स्थापित करें। इसके साथ ही इस स्थान पर कलम और किताब को रखें और अपने कार्य के अनुसार जो कुछ भी रखना चाहते हों यहां रख सकते हैं। पूजा आरंभ करने से पूर्व एक दीपक
और अगरबत्ती जलाएं और उसके साथ ही कलश स्थल पर हल्दी, कुमकुम और कुछ फूलों को रख पूजा प्रारंभ करें। पूजा की बर्तनों को शुद्ध करने के लिए इस पानी का इन बर्तनों पर छिड़काव करें। पंचामृत बनाने के लिए पांच आवश्यक सामग्री का इस्तेमाल करें- जो इस प्रकार हैं- दूध, दही, घी, चीनी और शहद। गणेश जी पूजा के साथ शुरूआत करें क्योंकि गणेश जी की पूजा के साथ ही सभी पूजा का आरंभ होता है। गणेश
मंत्र और गणेश आरती के साथ पूजा की शुरूआत करें। गणेश जी की प्रतिमा पर फल, फूल और मिठाइयों को चढ़ाएं। अब देवी लक्ष्मी की पूजा लक्ष्मी मंत्र के साथ करें। उनकी प्रतिमा पर फूलों को चढ़ाएं। एक थाली में लक्ष्मी की प्रतिमा को रखें और इसे पंचामृत पानी से साफ करें और इस पानी से सोने से बने गहने को भी धोएं। प्रतिमा को अच्छी तरह पोछ लेने के बाद इसे कलश के समीप रख दें। इसके अलावा फूल को
पानी और पंचामृत में डूबो कर प्रतिमा पर छिड़काव करे। देवी की प्रतिमा पर चंदन का मिश्रण, हल्दी, कुमकुम को चढ़ाएं। इसके साथ ही माला को देवी की प्रतिमा को पहनाएं। उसके बाद कुछ फूल और मिठाइयां, नारियल और फल को भी चढ़ाएं। इसके बाद स्याही और किताब की पूजा करें। किताब के पहले पन्ने को खोलें और उस पर शुभ लाभ लिखें और इस पर घड़ी की सुई की समान दिशा में स्वास्तिक चिन्ह बनाएं। इसके
बाद अपने सारे सोने और चांदी के सिक्के को पानी, पंचामृत से धोएं। अब देवताओं की प्रतिमा पर चावल और बताशा को चढ़ाएं। और आखिर में देवी लक्ष्मी की आरती और वैश्विक आरती ओम जय जगदीश हरे पूजा आरंभ करें। आरती समाप्त होने के बाद यहां मौजूद सारे भक्तों में प्रसाद का वितरण करें। पूजा समाप्त होने के बाद अपने घर के चारों ओर दीपक (मिट्टी के दीये में सरसों का तेल भरकर) और दीपक न होने पर
मोमबत्ती जलाएं। ध्यान रहे कि घर का एक भी कोना अंधेरे में नहीं रहे।
आरती : लक्ष्मी जी की आरती कर आप पूजा प्रारंभ करें। लेकिन इस बात का हमेशा ध्यान रखें कि वे अधिक शोर शराबा से घृणा करती हैं। इसलिए आरती करते समय ज्यादा शोरशराबा ना करें और छोटी घंटी का इस्तेमाल करें। पूजन के समय शांत और उत्कृष्ट वातारण का प्रबल होना उचित होगा। पूजा करते वक्त या इसके तुरंत बाद पटाखे ना छोड़ें।

कर्म प्रभाव प्रकाशक, जगनिधि की त्राता।। जय.।।
जिस घर में तुम रहती, सब सद्गुण आता।
कर साके कोई कर ले, मन नहीं घबराता।। जय.।।
तुम बिन यज्ञ न होवे, वस्त्र ना कोई पाता।
खान-पान का वैभव, सब तुमसे ही आता।। जय.।।
शुभ-गुण मंदिर सुंदर, क्षीरोदधि जाता।
रत्न चतुर्दश तुम ही, कोई नहीं पाता।। जय.।।
आरती लक्ष्मी जी की, जो कोई नर गाता।
उर आनंद उमंग आती, पाप उतर जाता।। जय.।।

गणेश पूजा :भगवान गणेश 33 करोड़ देवी देवताओं में सबसे पहले पूजे जाने वाले देवता हैं। इनकी उपासना करने से सभी विघ्नों का नाश होता है और सुख-समृद्धि, धन-बल और बुद्धि-ज्ञान की प्राप्ति होती है। इसलिए दीपावली पूजन में भी सबसे पहले गणेश जी की पूजा की जाती है। हिन्दू देव समूहों में इन दोनों देवताओं में कोई संबंध नहीं है, गणेश शिव और पार्वती के पुत्र हैं। तदापि लक्ष्मी और गणेश जी
को साथ-साथ रखा जाता है। गणेश पूजा के दौरान देवी लक्ष्मी की प्रतिमा को बायीं ओर स्थापित करें और भगवान गणेश की प्रतिमा को दायीं ओर रखें। लक्ष्मी धन और समृद्धि के साथ-साथ जीवित सुंदरता, दया और मनोहरता की दैवी हैं। उनका चित्रण प्राय: कमल पर सोने के सिक्कों के साथ विराजमान होता है। भगवान गणेश सब प्रकार की सिद्धी प्रदान करने वाले, विवेक देने वाले और सब विघ्नों का नाश करने वाले
देवता हैं।
ऐसे करें गणेश पूजा :दीपावली के अवसर पर श्री लक्ष्मी-गणेश की पूजा होती है। इन दोनों देवताओं की प्रतिमा को एक साफ सुथरे स्थान पर रखा जाता है। इसके साथ इन प्रतिमाओं पर चंदन मिश्रण, केसरिया मिश्रण, इत्र, हल्दी, कुमकुम, अबीर, गुलाल, फूलों की माला खासकर गेंदे के फूलों की माला और बेल पत्र को चढ़ाया जाता है। सुगंधित अगरबत्ती और धूप जलाये जाते है और मिठाइयां, नारियल, फल और तांबूल भी
इन पर चढ़ाए जाते हैं। और पूजा के अंत में भक्त भगवान गणेश की आरती गाते हैं।

काली पूजा : मां काली मां दुर्गा की ही एक रूप हैं। वे निडर और अति क्रूर हैं। ऐसी मान्यता है कि वे देवों में सबसे शक्तिशाली और पराक्रमी देवी हैं। मां काली की पूजा अहम का नाश कर धार्मिक प्रगति और यश प्रदान करती है। कार्तिक अमावस्या जोकि अक्टूबर/नवंबर महीने में आता है कि रात में काली की पूजा की जाती है। काली पूजा करने से अपने अंदर और बाहर विश्व की सारी बुराइयों का खात्मा हो
जाता है । इसलिए दीपावली के दिन काली मां की पूजा की जाती है।
