Namaste to all.
 
My name is Om prakash. I have done Development Communication from Jamia Millia Islamia. After that i have done three month on job training in Doordarshan as a Production Assistant. My best part is creativity. In doordarshan, i have learnt many things related to Production. I got to know that every Production needs a good research about the programme. And the most important thing is paper work. If paper work has been done effectively, so it is easy for anybody to make any kind of production. I had worked in two Documentary Films "Aastitva" and "Udaan". In this film I have learnt about the shots selection and continuity. I learnt, how can we use "VO"  (Voice Over). Background sound is also very important.
  
Now I am looking for an opportunity in the same field so that I can perform well and also use my talents.
 
I am forwarding my resume in the attachment.
 
If there is any opening relared to my profile please inform me ASAP. 
 
I am interested in work with Production houses and Ngo's.

I too agree with some facts which Himanshu jee mention, but wht the main cause of enviroment loss is, as i know and studied melting of our himaliyan glaceirs main caues is Global warming which is caused due to increase in
CO2 and other gases in our enviroment and this is due to increase in population, vehicles etc. these things causing global warming for example as we see in pauri there is less or rare showfall in winters as compared to earlier.
other is Our winter sport destination like Auli (Joshimath) there is also lot of work going to promote tourism but its now not, like earlier snow now donn fall at time or at that level as earlier, We r not looking on our daily things which is
hurting our enviroment, like our vehicles which is running on our hilli roads are not of that standard which is ecofriendly they make lot of pollution. And there is not such control on those vehicles as in Delhi which is already polluted but if u see in delhi Govt. running CNG bused and autos and stop diseal buses and all in Delhi. Othere is Industries as we see lot of industries shifting to Haridwar and Rudrpur. There is no train service to our Areas except few places, If govt run some electric trains to Uttrakhand these may reduse some pollution cause by gas emitting vehicles buses, trucks etc.

There are many things to be discused but I think its not Solution,
I m sitting at my Desktop and discussing on net, writing mails and all
Our personal responsibility donn give us support to work on those things
earlier I try some time but our Govt. Structure donn think of enviroment and
our People's development that much. Poltics spoils our system.

Bhaion discuss karne ko bahoot kuch hai but I m in office or kaam bahoot hai.

At end I feel good when some of people come forward and talk on that type of Issues. I feel glad if i can do somthing for u, please tell me.

The fact about Dam is it is said to be producing electricity but we already have seen the example where Tehri Dam project had few faults. Now answer this, how many employment opportunities dam-making creates... it only creates labour opportunities. Contrary i think SEZs are a better option although these are also not free from cancer of things but still better if you talk of employment.

Bhagirathi glaceirs have already been decreasing from their present size and as this global warming things heats up more, we shall see there would be some rivers who would extinct soon. I already see Ramganga and Kosi in bad shapes. Almost all people of Hills advocating for progress and welfare of Uttarakhand i say, would never want any such progress that tampers our serenity. I do not want electricity at the cost of losing the grace of my hills. Save Ganga, otherwise our generations would only hear the stories about it.

Does anybody here think that a Professor from IIT(kanpur) heading the department is a fool to be an activist on this issue. I am not saying he has no personal interest but at the same time someone outside our community comes forward for the cause which we violently reject... it makes no sense. I condem such actions.

Vimal Ji, you are doing your best so lead yourself. May you need any assistance from my side Iet me know. Also please try greenpeace activitist who are also happened to be working on this project too. Recently they have started a campaign to save Turtles at the port of Orissa by writing and demonstrating against Ratan Tata... i remember even the school children have been writing to him to appeal to save the Shrimps and Turtels in Orissa.


Lets not develop so much in the name of development that we start running away from it.... every thing has a purpose and pro's and con's... lets not always take but give also to mother nature. Now is the time... please do it!!!
