Dear All,

Once again we are forwarding the list of Kids who passed 10th and 12th. Kindly let us know who want to support them and How? Please do remember these are the Kids who studied in Villages and even then got good marks. Grooming can make them better.

Till Now only Mr. Akhilesh Gusain took the responsibility of one Kid thru Sponsorship.

Refer to trailing mail for few suggested action points about how you can support, not only sponsor / donors but Mentors also can help.

1) Taking the responsibility to mentor the kid.
2) Taking responsibility of his further all education.
3) Taking responsibility of his books for next year.
4) Taking responsibility of his fee and other expanses.
5) Taking his Summer vacation course.
6) Taking his responsibility to get him in some job.
7) Taking responsibility to teach him English.
8) Calling him to your City and get him to pre engg/med preparation

As you all know we employed Mr. Naresh for future Project Site Visits and implementation of the Ideas. Last time he visited with me and this month he visited alone. This visit was done on 7th June and he was there till 11th June and covered 3 Gram Sabha for various Tasks:

1) Met cooperative members and took estimation about crop to be grown by them. Please find the deatils in attached Sheet.

2) Collected 3 Soil samples. Members who have contact in some institute who can check the soil for us, please come forward and help us.

3) Visited fields to verify commitments.

4) Informed villagers about July visit of FS members. Interested members please give comfirmation in Polls section of group.

5) Visited another Gram Sabha and conducted a meeting for cooperative extension.

6) Visited Village personality development School & verified school progress and found +ve but teachers were asking for course. Members please help us in desigining Basic English and Personality development lessons.

7) Met 4 old women who are learning How to write and read Hindi , progress was ok.

8) Verified that Door has been constructed by villagers for village school with the fund we gave to them.

9) Distributed Oldies pensions and Teachers/Village Staff salaries.

10) Visited Medical case (Subhash Nath) and found that primary checkup of kid has not been conducted so recovered the 500 INR from the guy who was suppose to take kid for first checkup.

11) Visited Kaligaad Talla Village and collected Family Data from 26 Houses regarding Family members/edu/ income/where abouts/fields related things. For rest of families Sheets has been given to Village-Staff.

12) Informed teachers and Village staff to maintain Log books for daily work and progress, else salary will not be processed from Next Month.

Doing the same, he found problem in Stay and food. So we decided to rent a Room in Kaligaad tall Village and set up his temporary home and Office, where he can prepare food for himself and stay without any problem.

Please find few pages of his Village Visit Log book, to check his work.

2. Also i would like to contribute to school cost(books+uniform) for

Dear All,

Once again we are forwarding the list of Kids who passed 10th and 12th. Kindly let us know who want to support them and How? Please do remember these are the Kids who studied in Villages and even then got good marks. Grooming can make them better.

Till Now only Mr. Akhilesh Gusain took the responsibility of one Kid thru Sponsorship.

Refer to trailing mail for few suggested action points about how you can support, not only sponsor / donors but Mentors also can help.

As you know results of 10th and 12th Has been declared, Please find the details of all the kids who passed 10th or 12th this year. Come forward to support them and tell us which Kid you want to support. You can help is following manner:

1) Taking the responsibility to mentor the kid.
2) Taking responsibility of his further all education.
3) Taking responsibility of his books for next year.
4) Taking responsibility of his fee and other expanses.
5) Taking his Summer vacation course.
6) Taking his responsibility to get him in some job.
7) Taking responsibility to teach him English.
8) Calling him to your City and get him to pre engg/med preparation

Hi! Dear all,

As you all know we employed Mr. Naresh for future Project Site Visits and implementation of the Ideas. Last time he visited with me and this month he visited alone. This visit was done on 7th June and he was there till 11th June and covered 3 Gram Sabha for various Tasks:

1) Met cooperative members and took estimation about crop to be grown by them. Please find the deatils in attached Sheet.

2) Collected 3 Soil samples. Members who have contact in some institute who can check the soil for us, please come forward and help us.

3) Visited fields to verify commitments.

4) Informed villagers about July visit of FS members. Interested members please give comfirmation in Polls section of group.

5) Visited another Gram Sabha and conducted a meeting for cooperative extension.

6) Visited Village personality development School & verified school progress and found +ve but teachers were asking for course. Members please help us in desigining Basic English and Personality development lessons.

7) Met 4 old women who are learning How to write and read Hindi , progress was ok.

8) Verified that Door has been constructed by villagers for village school with the fund we gave to them.

9) Distributed Oldies pensions and Teachers/Village Staff salaries.

10) Visited Medical case (Subhash Nath) and found that primary checkup of kid has not been conducted so recovered the 500 INR from the guy who was suppose to take kid for first checkup.

11) Visited Kaligaad Talla Village and collected Family Data from 26 Houses regarding Family members/edu/ income/where abouts/fields related things.. For rest of families Sheets has been given to Village-Staff.

12) Informed teachers and Village staff to maintain Log books for daily work and progress, else salary will not be processed from Next Month.

Doing the same, he found problem in Stay and food. So we decided to rent a Room in Kaligaad tall Village and set up his temporary home and Office, where he can prepare food for himself and stay without any problem.

Please find few pages of his Village Visit Log book, to check his work.

1. i would like to contribute for purchasing competitive exam books of class
12 student.
(teaching exams books/engg/medical)
Km. Priya(Roll no: 033888)(last in page 3 of result.pdf)

2. Also i would like to contribute to school cost(books+uniform) for
11 and 12 for 1 student.
Rakesh Chandra balodhi (Roll No. 058909) (Gram Manjyadi) (page2 ,1st
name)

Pls let me know the cost factor for above two.

3. Also can next time we can give idea in results section
about the streams/interests of students.
(Science/medical/ teaching/ NDA Army etc.)
