It is better to do some homework before commenting on a public forum.
Supporting wrong moves of the government is like buying into the game
plan that corrupt politicians play. Indian Government is known worldwide
to be one of the most corrupt one in whole world. When I mean corrupt it
includes their deceptive theories, claims and cooked up information that
they thrrow into public in order to gain political advantage. If the
Government is flush with the funds as our FM and PM announced many a
times why did they issue OIL bonds worth more than 60,000 Crores? These
bonds would redeem in 2014 and then there would be none to check with
the FM and the PM since they won't be there on the scene at all. Is
not this a fact that only bankrupt governments issue bonds or those have
ulterior motives to set aside funds for some vested interests. Is not
this happening in India for last nearly 6 decades with the public money?
Let us try to look objectively at the mastermind games of the government
–they have also issued bonds to SBI instead of paying cash. Where
are then the Government's claim of nation having surplus
funds..?just see it carefully….
The government is purposely trying to fool the people and not to be
believed at all in anything they do to hoodwink the masses and throw
dust into eyes of millions of Indians and they do this non stop
relentlessly, being in league with thoroughly corrupt, puppet, tamed
print and visual media who also sings laurels and defend those in our
Government who are known scoundrels and most corrupt today..!!.
When this Government came in power the oil companies were having surplus
funds to tune of 100000 Crores. Today oil companies have borrowed more
than 70000 crores !!. Simply put government is doing great job for oil
companies and for their vested interests but the nation never thinks
where all this money is going?
In our India those who praise the government and the politicians do get
away with some rewards and so it is always easy and comfortable for some
to praise and tick right whatever the government would do…While
writing to a public forum let us try to remember that it is not a
platform of Politicians and Corrupt Government where only Idiots are
worshipped, praised and defended by the vested interests.

84 साल की उम्र में दामोदर राठौर अगर कुछ और साल जीने की ख्वाहिश रखते हैं तो सिर्फ इसलिए कि वह कुछ और पेड़ लगा सकें। वह अब तक 3 करोड़ से ज्यादा पेड़ लगा चुके हैं। उनका लक्ष्य 5 करोड़ पेड़ लगाने का है। कुछ साल पहले उन्हें वृक्ष मित्र के अवॉर्ड से नवाजा गया, लेकिन इसके अलावा उन्हें कहीं से कोई मदद नहीं मिली। वैसे उन्हें इस बारे में किसी से कोई शिकवा भी नहीं है। वह तो बस इस बात से खुश
हैं कि कम से कम अब लोग उनकी बात सुनने लगे हैं और उसे मानकर पेड़ काटने से बचते हैं।
उत्तराखंड में सीमांत जिले पिथौरागढ़ से लेकर राजधानी देहरादून तक दामोदर राठौर पेड़ लगा चुके हैं। फिर चाहे वह दूर-दराज के डीडीहाट व चंपावत हों या मैदानी इलाके हल्द्वानी और बरेली हों। पेड़ों से उनके लगाव की कहानी भी कम दिलचस्प नहीं है। इंटर तक पढ़े दामोदर राठौर ने 1950 में ग्रामसेवक के तौर पर काम करना शुरू किया। सरकारी अधिकारियों के आदेश पर वह पेड़ लगाते और उनकी देखभाल
करते थे। लेकिन धीरे-धीरे उन्हें लगने लगा कि पेड़ लगाने के नाम पर सिर्फ खानापूर्ति की जा रही है। लगाने के लिए जो पौधे आते हैं वे आधे सूखे होते हैं। एक बार पौधा लगाने के बाद सिर्फ कागजों पर ही उस ओर ध्यान दिया जाता है।
सरकार की तरफ से इस फंड में आए धन का पूरा दुरुपयोग हो रहा है। दामोदर कहते हैं, 'यह सब बातें मुझे बहुत परेशान करती थीं। मैंने फैसला किया कि अब अपने बूते पेड़ लगाकर दिखाऊंगा और साबित करूंगा कि अगर इच्छाशक्ति हो तो सब कुछ मुमकिन है।' उन्होंने ग्राम सेवक का काम छोड़ दिया। 1952 से पेड़ लगाने की यह तपस्या अब तक अनवरत जारी है।
वह कुल 3 करोड़ 15 लाख 10 हजार 705 पेड़ लगा चुके हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि पहाड़ों में ज्यादातर पेड़ सिलिंग, उतीश और बाज के लगाए हैं। सिलिंग जल स्त्रोत के लिए वरदान होता है और उन्हें नया जीवन देता है। अब वह मेडिसन प्लांट भी लगा रहे हैं। ज्यादातर पेड़ ग्राम पंचायत की जमीन पर और कुछ व्यक्तिगत जमीन पर भी लगाए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पेड़ लगाने के लिए इजाजत लेना बड़ा पेचीदगी भरा काम हैं।
मैंने राज्य सरकार को पत्र लिखकर कहा है कि मुझे जहां भी वृक्ष विहीन जमीन मिलेगी वहां पेड़ लगा लूंगा। पौधों के लिए उन्होंने एक नर्सरी बनाई है।
बागवानी की किसी डिग्री के बारे में पूछने पर उन्होंने कहा कि मैंने प्रकृति से सीखा है। प्रकृति ही मेरी पाठशाला है। परिवार में उनकी बीबी और 17 साल की एक बेटी है। लेकिन दामोदर कहते हैं कि उनके 3 करोड़ से ज्यादा बच्चे हैं। लगाए गए पेड़ों को वह अपने बच्चे ही मानते हैं और उसी तरह उनकी देखभाल भी करते हैं। उम्र के इस पड़ाव पर उनकी तबीयत खराब ही रहती है, लेकिन 5 करोड़ पेड़ लगाने का
जुनून उनमें नया जोश भरता है। वह डीडीहाट के पास 6900 फुट की ऊंचाई पर जंगलों के बीच कुटिया बना कर रहते हैं। घर का खर्च जुटाने के लिए उनकी पत्नी एक स्कूल में पढ़ाती हैं। वह प्रार्थना भी करते हैं तो यही मांगते हैं कि उनका लक्ष्य पूरा होने से पहले भगवान उन्हें अपने पास न बुलाए।

My father in law has a DDA flat in Rohini. He expired last year, prior to execution of conveyance deed.
Now the property is to be transferred to my mother-in-law. Can any one advise me what legal action be taken, so as to ensure smooth transfer.

months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall.
It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong
and gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my
creations a challenge it could not handle." GOD said to me.
"Did you know, that all this time you have been struggling, you have
actually been growing roots?"
"I would not quit on the bamboo. I will never quit on you."
"Don't compare yourself to others." GOD said. "The bamboo had a
different purpose than the fern. Yet they both make the forest

Unfortunately she has lost her all belongings & Passport visa and other related documents. We should help her in these unprecedented hard days. She has no money so she has no phone.

4. At present she is not in a position to work due to physical disability. She is being provided by the local authorities a meager amount of only $ 300 p.m. for food and other expenses which is not enough to survive there. In normal cases $ 800 per month is required as unemployment allowances.
5. I would request to you kindly support her in instructing the Indian Mission in USA to extend all possible support to her particularly issuing her new passport and other relevant documents.
