Its a good idea. Can you explain little more how the people at your place have handled this? From where they have got the estimate & the technicalities involved? Were it all from that plumber only, if so will you pls. paas the information (contact number) of the licensed plumber to me if possible, so that I can talk to him if he is located nearby? It would be a very great help.

This will ensure that money will not be wasted. They may have to contact some one who has already handled such project. Now the problem is that I don't have any Technical support for this project who can guide/help me how to do it & to tell me the estimate for this.
The person/organization has to technically analyze the situation & has to give the guidance/help how to project the water pumps so that water reaches the village easily from the natural resource. Also, I want the estimate for this project.
I have money, I need an experts guidance/help to implement it in an efficient way. I don't want to waste this money as it's the outcome of my long time wait/struggle to get the sponsors …….I don't want to give this money in wrong hands. If some one comes for any help, it means a lot & believe me you will get lots of blessings from 500 JULEDI PEOPLE as they have waited & struggled a lot for this thing to happen.
It is just an inspiration for a starting point to make life easy for the people who struggle a lot for their basic needs only. I want to use this as a chain to develop our pahads & to show that if you have a determination, you will find a way. The feeling of parting away from my village was so strong that it gave me the inspiration to move on & to think of a dream to make other people's life easy. I have felt very strongly that if this problem of water is solved it will help people to stay there & not to move to earn their living.
This group is my last hope & I want this dream to come true not for myself but for JULEDI & it's PEOPLE & for OUR UPCOMING GENERATION.

I, Anil Gwadi, belong to Neelkanth Pauri Garhwal & we all can feel the depth in connection of our origin. I am a Pahadi who comes from a middle class family as we all do. I came to Delhi to earn my living long time back & through that journey I have learnt a lot about life & myself. At this stage of life, I know that honesty & hard work do pays.
When I started my journey, left my home for the first time to earn my living I was just having 100 bucks in my pocket ---- I wasn't knowing what I am going to do in my life,,,,,,, with honesty & hard work I have earned a small space for myself as a TEXTILE DESIGNER in a MNC Textile Design Studio at Delhi.
I am earning a decent amount of money but not that much that I can fulfill my dream & that DREAM is to do something for people who have hard time everyday, every moment over there at my native place.
I know most of us come from such background only & I do think many times the fate of us all is very uncertain its very rare, only the lucky ones are able to reach at some level.at times, to reach at certain level people spend their whole life & then they dont have the time to enjoy that ------ it happens with everyone of us in the form of parents, relatives or friends!!!!! !! IT CAN BE ANYONE..
I really think & feel this PAHAD KA BETA AUR PAHAD KA PAANI, AKSAR PAHAD KE KAAM NAHIN AA PAYA,,,,,,,
We all know that the life in Pahads is really tough & hard. We don't have the very basic needs of life like water, roads as easily available as we have in big cities. Whenever I use them here I do remember my native place as what difficulties my people are facing over there. They have to go 1.5 kms away from my place to fetch water, hospitals, convenience problems,,,, ,,,,,, I want to do something to improve this condition at my place.
Whenever, I think about this I am not able to find a proper way to move. This makes me impatient & bangs my head everyday what to do & how to do.
I have talent ---- I need some help & some guidance.
I know in this real world money is more important than guidance, I don't have any of the two. I have this DREAM only with me to do something.
Through this, I want to ask for a favour from you all, if anyone can help me for this, I am having a total experience of 9 yrs in TEXTILE GRAPHIC DESIGNING. My specialization is in
Textile Prints & Textile Graphics. I am looking for a good job change - I am much interested in overseas job.
I feel going overseas will provide me the opportunity to fulfill my dreams in much better way.
If anyone can guide me how to go for overseas job & what all formalities are there.
Even, a small favour is welcomed with honour & gratefulness.

Dear Anil,
The story of my village is almost 45 years old.As far as I can remember help
of the village level worker(VLW) under Block Administration was solicited.
The material e.i.pipes etc were funded by the Government and village people
and the retired Plumber provided their services free of cost. Presently I
can suggest you to contact your village pradhan who can definitely find a
licenced plumber in a close by town. Since it is for the benefit of the
villagers , their active cooperation and consent is necessary. This is
project for the Public and your role is to fund it . May be you can not
devote time, so you have to find some facilitator who knows the job and has
your confidence.

to some people. All job industry is connected each other and like to located
near the capital to facilitate their plan, proposals and easy available low

Industry can not be opened in hill area. But how many small
Units like IT Parks etc. are opened in hill area because nobody wants to go
there. If an IT Park, Management School
or institutions are open near to Capital in hill, certainly IT, HR
Finance professionals will go their for their Job. They will expend their earning
for their daily business. New small industries will be opened there to
facilitate each other. Suppose in next
few years railway construct new line upto Gairsain so many people will get
wages job. Transportation of men material will be economical in
hill area. Without shifting capital such plan will be in file only.
A Director / Politician can find the factual position only
after visiting at field area i.e. Pahar. Thus it will be better if the capital
is shifted to Gairsain. As regard finance, it is supported by Center can be manage. Politician do not bother for that huge funds which are misused in the name of subsidy vote bank which can be minimized.
Uttrakhand state is situated in foot hill of Himalayan
Range. Although most of us educated and well settled people is living in Plain
area due to the reason of one other. Then why we are thinking about Pahar
because Uttrakhand is our motherland. We all emotionally attached with the
region till alive anywhere.Therefore why can not support for Capital in hill of hill state ?
Capital is an issue it can not solve all problems but it can
improve surrounding area upto some extend. We people have to solve our problems
of unemployment leading to migration, poor medical facilities, poor
roads,power, and water crises with the help of various authorities Government.

Hi All,
I appreciate Mr. Arvind Dhasmana thoughts. We should back up to those people who truly want the development of our state not to those people who just playing political game.
We need better infrastructure for education, sports, hospital and roads. Education is the back bone of any state or country for development. We should focus on these areas. We should give a presser to the government to make plane for high slandered education, sports for all label of people. Education only can make us healthy and wealthy which are the basic needs of our state.
So, draft an e-mail on the areas of development of our state and ask for vote not for to change the capital or change the name of state.
I will appreciate those people who will initiate on this.

Mr.Bist's mail is certainly an excellent piece of advocacy of Gairsain issue.Its a matter of concern many of us are not aware of this fact that the capital shifting is not marely related to political reasons.In fact it will bring "a new era of dramatic change in every sphere of our life and 16500 villages of Uttarakhand will get new leese of life.
