My self is Naveen Kumar Bhadola.Recently I am going to Join "Bosch" in Jaipur.If there is any brothers/sisters kindly help me to give some details about Jaipur.

Is Jaipur is costly city ?
What about the food ?
Is anybody in Bosch/Jaipur?
Jaipur is new for me Kindly help me for taking room on rent etc.

Dear Naveen,
                    First of all Congrats for joining the company like Bosch. Jaipur is e very beautiful city and I am pretty confident that you will enjoy staying over there. There are lot of Gharwalis staying there. It is not expensive city but again depends on lifestyle.The food is not a problem at all, if you like north indian. There are lot of places to visit there.
Summers are quite hot and winters are cold. It depends which locality you are looking for your accomodation and Ithink you will prefer to stay near to company's office. I do not know where your company is located in Jaipur else I would have suggested you the nearest place. You can easily get the accomodation on rent, it won't be a problem.
 
I have stayed in Jaipur for a long time thats why I know all these. Currently I am in Bangalore.
 
Would you require any other details I would be pleased to provide.

Purpose of the Job
1. Safety and Security of people and property at Bhiwadi site.
2. Providing cost effective administrative services
3. Relationship management with Govt. and local community


Role and Responsibilities:
§ Supervise a team of 6 security inspectors and 35 guards
§ Monitor/control movement of 150-200 trucks and tankers every day carrying raw material and finished goods in and out of the factory.
§ Responsible for development and implementation of Administrative and Security policies .
§ Effective management of Administrative services of Transportation, Canteen, Communication, Printing and Stationery,
§ Effective management of Fire Safety System – including Training and upkeep of equipment/fire extinguishers maintaining relevant records as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and SA 8000 Standards.
§ Liaison with local Administration, Local Police, Community leaders.
§ Facilitating land procurement, registration and conversion – dealing with government agencies in this regard.
§ Maintain an inventory of over 4000 trees ensuring 33% green cover.
§ Housekeeping and Horticulture - Landscaping at the site.
§ Planning and Organizing Sports and other Welfare activities to keep up the employee morale.
§ Looking after key Customers and other VIP on visits at the site.

Oversee the operations of weigh bridge, management of Transit house and upkeep of Co. flats.
