Dear Friends,
As per follow up action on the discussion held on 22.06.2008, a list of items required before the forthcoming visit of July 2008. IF it optional for sponsorship. Those members who are intered to some items fully or part of it, they can sponsored it. Second hand items can also be given to us. IF somebody want to sell their second hand items as mentioned in list, we will purchase it.

Kindly reply as early as possible. As these items is urgently required by beneficiaries of project area. Hence we have to provide it urgently. Either we will collect items from members or we will purchase from our own source.

Besides, We have to give scholar ship of students during the visit. Those member who are interest please contact us. Details of amount and list of students are available in our website http://www.foundati onshurwaat. org.

Hi! Dear all,

As you all know we employed Mr. Naresh for future Project Site Visits and implementation of the Ideas. Last time he visited with me and this month he visited alone. This visit was done on 7th June and he was there till 11th June and covered 3 Gram Sabha for various Tasks:

1) Met cooperative members and took estimation about crop to be grown by them. Please find the deatils in attached Sheet.

2) Collected 3 Soil samples. Members who have contact in some institute who can check the soil for us, please come forward and help us.

3) Visited fields to verify commitments.

4) Informed villagers about July visit of FS members. Interested members please give comfirmation in Polls section of group.

5) Visited another Gram Sabha and conducted a meeting for cooperative extension.

6) Visited Village personality development School & verified school progress and found +ve but teachers were asking for course. Members please help us in desigining Basic English and Personality development lessons.

7) Met 4 old women who are learning How to write and read Hindi , progress was ok.

8) Verified that Door has been constructed by villagers for village school with the fund we gave to them.

9) Distributed Oldies pensions and Teachers/Village Staff salaries.

10) Visited Medical case (Subhash Nath) and found that primary checkup of kid has not been conducted so recovered the 500 INR from the guy who was suppose to take kid for first checkup.

11) Visited Kaligaad Talla Village and collected Family Data from 26 Houses regarding Family members/edu/income/where abouts/fields related things. For rest of families Sheets has been given to Village-Staff.

12) Informed teachers and Village staff to maintain Log books for daily work and progress, else salary will not be processed from Next Month.

Doing the same, he found problem in Stay and food. So we decided to rent a Room in Kaligaad tall Village and set up his temporary home and Office, where he can prepare food for himself and stay without any problem.
