the project we put on the foundation.

Dear Friends,

The meeting of FOUNDATION SHURWAAT was held on
27.04.2008. Besides other members, our Overseas
members/contributors, Shri Deepak Dhyani, Foundation
Shurwaat, Dubai and Shri Ranaji, Uttarakhand Club,
Abhu Dhabi has also attended the meeting. We had also
received comments on agenda points from the outside
Delhi members.

During the meeting, all agenda was discussed in the
meeting. Besides, the interview for suitable person
for Delhi office was also held.

The following decision/points were emerged from the
meeting:

EMPLOYMENT


1. 25 candidates had applied for the
post. After scrutinised four persons has been invited
for the interview. The interview was held on
27.04.2008.

2. In the line of € ¦â' '¸Conventional
NGO€ ¦â' '¹, Shri Naresh Chandra Tiwari has been employed
for Delhi Office. (Shri Naresh Chandra has
postgraduate degree. However, his strong point for
selection is, his keen interest/strong commitment to
work for the rural people and his social background.
He is already with the visiting team in this visit).

3. To fill the gap of mis-
communication between Village people and FOUNDATION
SHURWAAT, Shri Naresh Chandra will regularly visit the
project area. Besides routine activities of
FOUNDATION SHURWAAT, he will also look after the
entire work of Cooperatives in Delhi under which
marketing and distribution work will be handle by
them.

LOCAL OFFICE

4. Local Office has been opened in
West Vinod Nagar, who will take care of all marketing
& distribution of Village Cooperative product.
Besides, all activities of Trust will be administered
from this office. The office telephone number is
9210776661.

5. For setting up office, we need
Computer, Printer, Table, Chair, Almirah and other
stationary items. It has been decided in the meeting
that instead of spent money to purchase the above
items, we may seek the donation for second hand
computer, table, chair, Almirah and Stationary items
from our members & others.

TEAM VISIT FOR PROJECT AREA


6. A Team was gone to project area
comprising Shri Deepak Dhyani, Shri Akhilesh Gusai and
our new employee Shri Naresh Chandra on 27.04.2008
(Night).

7. The team will visit Government
Inter College, Kulanikhal and all village of Kaligaad
Gram Sabha and nearby Manjyari Gram Sabha.

8. In the school, the team will
interview the students for scholarship award for the
year 2008-09 session. Besides that team will
distribute the prices to all students, who secured
first, second and third in their class. Meeting with
teachers and principal has also been fixed to discuss
the problems and prospects of the students and
teachers.

NEW MEMBERSHIP/MEMBERSHIP FEES


9. It has also been decided that we may request
all our existing members to furnish the membership fee
as per their convenience. The membership fee details
are available in the website.

10. Besides, our existing member may send
one-to-one mail to their known person and inform them
about the FOUNDATION SHURWAAT and its activities.
(Upto date details of the FOUNDATION SHURWAAT was
already available in the webiste i.e
http://www.foundationshurwaat.org).
DONATION


11. As shortly, with the help of new employee,
activities of the FOUNDATION SHURWAAT will be in full
swing. To avoid the interruption of the activities of
FS in the absence of fund, It has been decided that
our members have to take strong initiative to obtained
donation for the activities of the FOUNDATION
SHURWAAT.

TEAM RESONSIBILITY


12. In order to see the forthcoming work of the
FS, it has been decided that all team leader should
review their team and furnish their task as decided
earlier in time. If they need to take more person in
their team, they can take. If any Team Leader wants
to take additional responsibility, he has most
welcome.

Ashok ji aap ki pratikriya ka tahe dil se swagat hi.

actually apni mother tonge ko bolene ke liye mai bhi pryas kar raha hun, kyonki meri mata ji aur pitaji done apni bhasha mai bolte hai par unohone kabhi jor nahi diya ki hum log bhi bole. Par es bhasha ke na aane ka ehass mere ander jara der se jaag tha par ab mai pure pryas se esko sikhne mai laga hun kaffi positive comments mil rehe hai...

dusra apne likha hai ki aap fal aur ayurvedic ke chhetre mai kuch pryas kar rahe hai... aap se anurodh hai ki kaligarh gram sabha mai kuch experiments kare jo un logo ki income ko badane mai madad kare.... aur aapke pryaso mai jo sahayat humse ho sakegi hum karne ko tyar hai....

so we are waiting for experimental PLAN.

Thanks for your concern & bringing some points in our notice....

These all problems are related to a young man means a person who passed his schooling & having some responsibility in his village.

A person who is not getting a proper education in his home town then he will never remember his tradition & culture,

If the person is not done his basic schooling on his home town, he never does understand his language.

After passing his schooling the person is not having the worked then defiantly he will use his spare time in Alcohol & other bad activity.

If the person is not aware about his own future then how can he will think about other series problems of his areas (Water Harvesting)?

My AIM behind to tell all this thing is that these all things related to our children€ ¦â' '¹s (Students) who is the FOUNDATION of our state, so we have a mission to give the right dose on right time to make BIG TREE, so please join us, you will be seen that after a time period your all ideas will be converting in a realistic approach.

So join us we are with you to give the full frame of your ideas......

1. there should be cultural and lenguistic policy
2. we should work for increasing of Garhwali/Kumaoni languages also
3. there are many problem with whom people are effected directy as wine is one of them. we should work for to stop wine supply in uttarakhand.
4. water Harbsting and water management programmes are necessary.
there are many suggestions and ideas hope you will take it positive. you team is very dedicated and hardworking team you will some somethings special i hope.

upliftment of uttarakhand

Dear friends,

Mai ap logon ka dhyan hamare paharon ki vegitation ki
taraf kheenchna chahata hoon. Himachal Pradesh bhi hamare paharon ki
tarah hi saman height par hai aur apni fruit crops ke karan is waqt
kafi unnat hai. agar hamare ilake ke logon ko bhi ilake ke climate ki
sahi jaankari dekar unko fruit production me pra shikshit kiya jaye to
mai samajhta hoon ki waha par bhi ek harit kranti ki ummeed ki ja
sakti hai.

ap sabhi logon se os bare me suggetion amntrit hain?
jaise ki himachal me akhront, apple aur baki fruit ho sakte hain waise
hi hamare yahan bhi sab paida ho sakta hai kewal jaroorat hai jara si
shiksha ki aur mehnat ki.
