When will I buy House ?

The public relation officer of finance ministry asked me , " When will
you start cooking two vegetables in dinner so that the traders of vegetable
and fruit industry become richer and our economy jumps up as predicted by
economic pundits?"
My answer was simple, ' When the state agriculture minister let's me
allow to do so . The minister has been repeatedly saying that inflation
will come down and whenever the minister releases press report about
necessary action being taken to bring down prices of vegetables and fruits ,
the vary next morning, not the farmers but the traders increase their profit
"
The PRO said, Very bad sign! It means there will not be jump in economy
because of Indian produce vegetables and fruits consumption. "
I answered, " Please pardon me and don't depend on me at all for speedy
economic growth as far as my consumption of vegetables and fruits is
concerned "
The PRO said, " This is very bad for our economy"
I advised, " Why don't you advise Ambanis, Birlas , Mittals, Godrej, to
increase their consumption of vegetables and fruits who are gaining wealth
second by second"
The PRO hopelessly said, " You are right that 90 percent private wealth of
India is in their hands but their consumption of Indian vegetables and
fruits is zero as they don't consume . Then you increase edible oil
consumption that our economy jumps up more than China"
I said, " sorry! Here too I am unable to participate in Indian economic
growth. As my monthly budget even does not permit me to use edible oil as we
used to consume last year . Now a days, my wife just show the empty tin of
edible oil to hot Kadhai (pan) and cook food without edible oil. These days,
we get chance to eat oily food only in marriage party or terhween, barshi or
Shradh"
He said, " this is again disgusting news . Our planner were confident that
edible oil consumption will be sizable to amplify our economic growth"
I asked, " Why don't you suggest rich people to increase oil consumption?"
He said, " Now a days, the rich and ultra rich of India have become health
conscious and they don't use edible oil at all"
I asked him, " I am a patriotic Indian and ready to increase Indian economy
. Suggest me other aspects that I can oblige Indian economy"
Enthusiastically he suggested, " You increase cosmetic products consumption
to boost Indian economy"
I answered bluntly " My father taught me that first I should care for
Roti Kapda and makan (bread, clothing and shelter)
He excitedly said, " Then you must buy a new house to advance Indian
economy "
I answered " I am unable to add clothing for two years .How can I buy a
new house when I sold old house for meeting my daily needs"
He confusingly asked, " Where do you work?'
I answered, " I am an unemployed worker among other lacs of unemployed
workers because of closing down of small scale industries due to free
economy in India"

Dear Negi ji,
Firstly I would like to say thank you very much from bottom of my heart. You
gave a new ray of hope us and those 500 people form the village.
Pls. note the below details of soil testing -Â Â

We need to do an analysis of several variables over that soil samples:
Granulometry
texture
analise soil layers, and describe each one and its thikness.
analise the percentage of clay/loam, sand, rock
analise if there is humus, and what caracteristics as, organic material
percentage
Soil organic carbon index
Kindly Review and advise. I will wait for your reply and then we will go
further.

As for as it is concerned about the testing of the soil samples ,yes you can do
it in a detailed way in Central soil and salinity Research institute,a CSIR lab
in ,karnaal region of Haryana.I have some good friends those who are working
there as SRF in this field.i called my friend in this regard
and discussed about your requirement .Please feel free to call him and discuss
the matter with my reference.
can you please tell me the detailed objective of this soil testing so that i can
help you more in this regard .
