Be Good to Yourself
How can you be 'good' to yourself? This question can be answered in just two words: No coddling! Yes, please do not coddle yourself. It doesn't take you anywhere. On the other hand, it pays to be a little hard-hearted with your own self.
In order to elaborate my point further I have added some more words to these two words. Please apply these insights in your life if they resonate with you.
• Do not stand for any nonsense from anyone, including yourself.
• Do not accept any excuses from anyone, especially yourself.
• Move on in life without any regrets.
• Free your heart from any guilt that you may be carrying.
• Do not berate yourself for something you did or didn't do.
• Do not spend time trying to undo your every action or inaction.
• Do not waste time wishing you had done this or that.
• Be responsible for all your actions and their consequences.
• Do not play the blame game with yourself.
• Be aware of every opportunity that comes your way and use it.
• Do not keep re-visiting the past. Live in the now.
• Get on with your life.
• Don't hold yourself back.
• Be forward moving and stop looking back.
• If you need to apologize to someone, do it now.
• Give yourself credit for all that is working in your life.
• Be grateful for everything that you have.

कांटेदारटिमरू ही नहीं रामबाण भी
उत्तराखंड के पहाड़ में कांटेदार टिमरू अधिकतर जगहों पर पाया जाने वाला पेड़ है। यह
दवाईयों और टोटकों के साथ कई अन्य मामलों में भी इसका इस्तेमाल होता है। बदरीनाथ
तथा केदारनाथ में इसकी टहनी को प्रसाद के रूप में चढ़ाया जाता है। उत्तराखंड के सभी
जिलों में टिमरू अधिकांश मात्रा में पाया जाता है। इसकी प्रमुख रूप से पांच
प्रजातियां उत्तराखंड में पाई जाती हैं, जिसका वानस्पतिक नाम जैन्थोजायलम एलेटम है।
दांतों के लिए विशेषकर दंत मंजन, दंत लोशन व बुखार में यह काम आता है। इसके फल को
भी उपयोगों में लाया जाता है। इसका फल पेट के कीड़े मारने व हेयर लोशन के काम में भी
लाया जाता है। कई दवाइयों में इसके पेड़ का प्रयोग किया जाता है। इसके मुलायम
टहनियों को दांत में रगड़ने से चमक आती है जो बाजार के किसी भी मंजन से नहीं आती है।
यह आपके दांतों को मजबूत रखने के साथ ही दातों में कीड़ा नहीं लगने देता। यह मसूड़ों
की बीमारी के लिए भी रामबाण का काम करता है। उत्तराखंड के गांव में आज भी कई लोग
इसकी टहनियों से ही दंतमंजन करते हैं। टिमरू औषधीय गुणों से युक्त तो है ही, साथ ही
इसका धार्मिक व घरेलू महत्व भी है। हिन्दुओं प्रसिद्ध धाम बदरीनाथ तथा केदारनाथ में
प्रसाद के तौर पर चढ़ाया जाता है। यही नहीं गांव में लोंगो की बुरी नजर से बचने के
लिए इसके तने को काटकर अपने घरों में भी रखते हैं। गांव में लोग इसके पत्ते को
गेहूं के बर्तन में डालते हैं, क्योंकि इससे गेहूं में कीट नहीं लगते।

Since a long time many members are asking about the report card of present BJP lead Govt in Uttrakhand. In my opinion at the time of creation of new hill state NDA (the then Central Govt) had done great mistake (inclusion of plain area) which we or our young generation (that belongs to hill area) is facing nos. All the industries are working in Plain area no political leader is thinking of development of purely hill area. Just few days back I heard that two assembly seats of hill area one of them is Bironkhal (Mrs Amrita Rawat wife of Sh Satpal Maharaj is MLS from this seat) has given to Plain area because of low population and these areas merged with other seats. And in future it will be more. Due to lack of employment opportunity youths are migrating to Delhi , Mumbai etc. Everybody knows that all leaders are making money for future election and no party is taking care of the hill people. After taking the seat of CM by Mr
Pokhriyal MLAs of BJP are silent why? it is clear now they are doing well for themselves only. Report card for one year of present UK Govt is in minus (-). Even don't deserve for zeero marks.

All political parties are thugs whose sole intention is to loot the asset of the state or the country. Dhyaniji is right to point out the report card of the state government as negative.
Ramdevji maharaj, who has base in Haridwar and has already launched 'Bharat Sadbhawna Samiti' is the solution for present political rot within the country. He has launched a party whose main issue would be the rampant corruption in the country and the change of the system. He says that the solution for corruption is death penalty(remember France revolution ). So much of money of corrupt Indian politicians, bureaucrats and industrialists is stashed in Swiss Banks abroad. It is a systemic loot of the country.
We will have to support this alternative as the options available with people is nothing but bunch of corrupt , shameless politicians who has taken people for ride everywhere. There only objective is power and money.
It is difficult to implement the solution of Swami Ramdev and his Bharat Sadbhwana because of the vagueness of the definition of corruption. Political parties as well as other people in the power game charge each other for being corrupt. Since Sumit Kainthola has raised this point we may go back to the mail: The eBusiness of the Third Man and the problems of the Third World . Date: Friday, 7 May, 2010, 9:48 AM. This mail interprets corruption and its solution by Osho as follows:
To focus on iBusiness of the Global Poverty formula with reference to Lakheraji's solution let us have a discussion on the above topic, that is, The eBusiness of the Third Man and the problems of the Third World. Here Uttarakhand, Chhatisgarh and Jharkhand represent the Third World and the 1949 British film is the third man. The Third Man tells us some thing about the resource honesty. The plot is built around an out of work pulp fiction novelist, Holly Martins, who arrives in a post war Vienna only to find that the friend, who had invited him, is killed under mysterious circumstances. The ensuing mystery entangles him in his friend's involvement in the black market, with the multinational police, and with his Czech girlfriend. The post war Vienna was divided into sectors by the victorious allies, and where a shortage of supplies has lead to a flourishing black market. According to the internet, the film The Third Man (1949) is a
paranoid story of social, economic, and moral corruption in a depressed, rotting and crumbling, 20th century Vienna following World War II. However, today, Vienna maintains international importance by hosting international organizations, such as the United Nations (UNIDO, UNOV, CTBTO and UNODC), the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
How is the film The Third Man is still relevant to Active Politicians of Uttarakhand? They are taken as gods by people of the state. Then there is a middle class of people like Lakhera Ji who have suggestions what can be done to benefit the third man, that is. the poor of Uttarakhand. They have their limitations which are fully explained by Osho as follows:
In a democracy you cannot change the status quo, you cannot change the class-divided society into a classless society.
The dictatorship of the proletariat is not an ordinary dictatorship of an Adolf Hitler or Benito Mussolini. It is a dictatorship of the poor, the have-nots. Unless the have-nots have the power, they cannot stop the exploitation by the rich.
In a democracy it is almost impossible for the poor to have the power for the simple reason that the rich people have enough money to fight elections, enough money even to buy the poor and their votes, enough money to buy the politicians. It is impossible in a democracy for the poor to have power, and without power there is no possibility of changing the society. Hence, Karl Marx proposed the idea of a dictatorship of the proletariat.
In large bodies like the world, global India , India , there are vast spaces of darkness where the light of any discussion can not reach. This is why the Dhumakot Sangliya Mails are using the dialectics of zooming down the space to Dhumakot Sangliya to know things clearly in a limited space in the limelight of global knowledge and then zooming up the space to the Global India and the world as a whole. Dhumakot Sangliya Experiment has given value to the freedom and democracy available to the American people. This freedom and democracy has politically been globalised and this is why there is so much unrest in the poor world. America does not have a solution but Gopio can guide now because it has a relationship with Dhumakot Sangliya Experiment and with its entire background. Gopio has given a shape to Global India. Like America Gopio does not have a solution. But now it has established a relation ship with Dhumakot Sangliya experiment. It can watch what the Uttarakhand Government is doing to include the lens nursery in the state plan and persuade that government to do what can be an example for the whole world. Physical organization of Kochiyar Library is necessary. World too vast to be understood or studied. But the block Nainidanda of Dhumakot Sangliya has limited size. The non residents of this block have organized Nainidanda Vikas Sangh in
Delhi . Majority of these non-resident Nainidandians do not take interest in it. Most of the well to do non-resident Nainidandians are not associated with it. The same must be the case with Gopio. Focus on Kochiyar Library has created some interest in this community. The politicians who have stake in elections do value Nainidanda Vikas Sangh because it can influence their vote banks. But well to do people are concerned about themselves and not the society around them. The focus on Kochiyar Library has created some interest in non-resident Nainidandians.
This conclusion is related to non resident Nainidandian in relation to things in the Nainidanda block only. It says well to do people are concerned about themselves and not the society around them. Haripal Rawat is an important Nainidandian. He is one of the General Secretaries of Delhi Pradesh Congress. I enquired from him as to what he does of the mails I send to him. He told me that he passes them on to knowledgeable people to react directly with me. I was never approached by any one of them. But I know his limitations and the limitations of all well to do people. I held so many positions and found that it is possible to do justice to all of them by investing the experience in one position in other positions. I was a scientist in NPL, I was the General Secretary of the Association of Scientific Workers of India. I edited the journal BASWI for twenty years. I was the overall in charge of the Delhi Regional Centre of WFSW. The
cumulative experience is invested in these mails. Gopio is taking interest in Dhumakot Sangliya Experiment. There is an opportunity for non resident Uttarakhandis to rally around this project in an organized manner. The only thing the non-residents can do is to contribute money to support new institutions that will tackle local problems at the local level.
The Government has done some work in the Nainidanda block. The work of this kind has been discussed in the mail Give a man a fish, and he'll eat for a day. Teach him how to fish and he'll eat forever. Date: Monday, 31 May, 2010, 12:25 PM. Governments have to provide fishes in democracy and we have noted in this mail what Osho has said in this connection. It is defined as eBusiness in the Global Poverty Formula. The same formula has defined fishing as iBusiness. The Dhumakot Sangliya Experiment has been focusing on industrialization of the hilly part of Uttarakhand. It needs new institutions in the form of technological nurseries. Dhumakot Sangliya is the pioneering technological nursery. One part of this is to be done by the government. This is why the lens project is to be included in the state plan. The other part is the creation of an institute around the experience of this pioneering technological nursery to educate and train the rest
of the world in the techniques of iBusiness. Kochiyar Library, that is to be built around my experience, is the seed of this Institute of iBusiness.
The well to do Nainidandians are to be made interested to contribute in nursing this seed. Nainidanda Vikas Sangh is working as a trade union for the area. But this Sangh is run by the grass root people only. Well to do Nainidandians are not contributing in the development of the area. The same is true with well to do non resident Uttarakhandis.
