Hope
you doing great out there, m here to add
a little on what Anita Ji already said. I would also strongly suggest you
to go for the higher studies; you would have a better opportunity in terms
of not only to sharpen your expertise and ability to grow in ME but at
the same time a better treatment alternative for your spinal problem.

Sorry
to contradict on, but Ayurvedic medicines work equally well
sometime, moreover there isn't any side effect involved so hope is
always on!!!!!. However light yoga, swimming etc along with what Anita ji
already suggested are equally good..nonetheless going for a
better treatment in the hands of real experts should be the best opinion indeed. 

  I
myself is an IITD alumni and presently working in New York. I would be more than happy if
anything can be done from my end.    Just to add a little more at the end, you had graduated from an institute where it should be rare that someone suggest or recommend you on these decisive matters, specially the career front,,,we are here just to shade some light on a few possibilities that could be
floating around to match your interest, so please don't take these as granted, you are among the best product of our country do what you feel is the
bestest :) , but we are always here to join hands in more realistic ways. 

Please, do let me know if you still wanna work within India (it’s always proud indeed), I
might have a few recommendations for you.

Hi,

I must tell why I have not taken any jobs till now despite of my degree from IIT.

Probably the main factor is the ailment that I have been suffering
from, ankylosing spondylitis. It is a kind of arthiritis of
spine.Since last 8 months this ailment has been affecting my quality
of life. It is still in in its early stage and I am taking ayurvedic
medicines to bring it under control.So nothing serious to worry about.
But my body language has become similar to that of my 70 year old
grandma.

So I thought I must wait for sometime till the ailment is cured completly because recruiters, at the time of interview, maybe become
skeptical about my ability to cope up with whatever work they would
throw at me.

So, if anyone has any suggestions/ advice regarding what kind of job I
should look for or anything regarding my ailment, they are welcome.

Always a fighter.

How to beat nervousness before an interview..

Most of us talk dime a dozen when we are with our friends, but the moment we are asked to face an interview or participate in a debate, we get tongue tied. We start fidgeting, sweating, and looking around; rather than focusing on the topic being discussed. Why is it so? What makes us so nervous? Is it the fear of failure alone or is their something else at play? Whatever be the reason, it is more important to know how to overcome this situation. How can we beat nervousness before an important event? Here are some suggestions:-
· Before you start an interview, you would be required to shake the interviewer’s hand. Make sure to wipe the sweat off your hands prior to entering the interview room. A sweaty handshake is not the best way to start an interview.
· Do not start asking too many questions at the beginning of the interview. Speaking too much is a sure sign of nervousness. Just sit there as directed and let the interviewer handle the interview. Give straight, intelligent answers. Save your questions and comments for the latter part of the interview.
· Look into the interviewer’s eyes in order to stay focused. If you feel uncomfortable doing that, just look at one point near their eyes. In any case do not look around the room or at the ceiling, as if looking for something. Doing this is a sign of either nervousness or disinterest. Both these traits won’t get you anywhere.
· Sit up straight with your back against the chair. A slouching posture or sitting at the edge of your chair not only makes you look unintelligent; it also shows your lack of pride in yourself. Do not move or fidget in your chair. It shows that you are uncomfortable being there.
· Don’t smirk or laugh that nervous laughter when faced with a question that you can’t answer. It will surely give away your uncertainty. Employ a serious, business-like expression and answer the questions honestly.
· Take a small pause before you answer. Don’t start answering immediately. Don’t try to keep repeating your answer or give explanations. That shows lack of self-confidence.
· Do not scratch your head, rub your hands together, crack your knuckles, jiggle a foot, bite nails, tap your fingers, touch your face un-necessarily, adjust your tie, clench your fists, rub your nose, or twirl the ring on your finger. All these movements give away your nervousness and insecurity.
· Your tone of voice easily reflects your nervousness, so speak deliberately and clearly. Remember, it isn’t only what you say, but the way you say it that makes the real difference.
One vital thing to remember is that everyone, without exception, feels slightly nervous before an interview. The success embraces those guys who know how to beat this nervousness…….

Help for injoured family.

Dear Group Members,

Greetings!

I would like to draw yr attention that recently two major bus accident happened
in Garhwal on 3rd July'09, Among the victims one of the family
who is known to us was also travelling from Hometown to Delhi
with two kids, this bus was coming from Srinagar to Rishekesh and
got the accident in RudraPrayag ( teen dhara ) on 3rd July'09
and all the family member were injured,both kids are (one is 8 month and
another is 6 years) and doctor gave them first aid and advice
parents to send them home for physical rest. Now both the
kids are staying with relatives.

Police took them in Reshikesh and Doon hospital in Dehradon,
and due to major multiple injury on their body their relative bring them
to AIIMS - Delhi. on 5th.

Now both husband & wife ( Dharm Singh Chauhan & his wife) are
admitted in Trauma Centre AIIMS & are under treatment, as both are having
multiple injury in the body and not even able to wake up/ move from bed.

Their details are as under.

Mrs. Sunita Devi 32 years.
Master Suraj 6 years
Master Pravenn 6 month

it appears that many people are sharing their information. usually i am not a daily visitor to the site, but i get messages in my mail box. i m grateful to know about the LORD GOLU Temple and excited to see the devotion resposed by the deity. here i must also informed to all of you that in Pauri Garhwal also, there is Temple of Lord Shiva known as Tarkeshwar. this temple of Lord Shiva is situated near Lansdowne.

Lod Golu is worshipped all over the region and regarded as the dispenser of justice by the devotees with extreme faith.

There are many temples of Lord Golu in Kumaun, and the most popular of them are at Chitai, Champawat and Ghorakhal.

Upcoming Hindi Movie "Daye Ya Baye" based on Uttarakhand

It gives a great pleasure to inform you that a Hindi Movie is being made by
an Uttarakhandi, first time (I believe) where the subject is of Uttarakhand
and the most of the artiest working this movie are also from Uttarakhand.
This great effort is being done Bela Negi ji who is also from UK to promote
our culture at national and international level through this movie.
Generally, we accuse various Celebrities of Uttarakhand for not doing
anything for motherland. I think this film is the answer of Bela Ji to all
of us.

The film has been named "Daaye ya Baaye". Some of local artiest other than
Deepak Dobral, who have worked in this movie are :

- Sh. Deepak Dobral – Famous Actor (Omkara, Delhi6,
Gulal etc
- Sh.Girish Tiwari 'Girda" – A famous legendry poet
- Sh. Diwan Kanwal – Singer of Megha Aa movie
- Smt .Parwati Bisht
- Master Kishan – Child Artiest.
- Sh. Jitendra Bisht

The movie is slated for release in Sept or Oct of this year. We are sure
every Uttarakhandi would appreciate the efforts of Bela Negi Ji and watch

Dear Negi Ji,

For the application of Duplicate pan you have to fill the form for
correction in Pan card and apply for the duplicate pan. Its the same process
as application for the new one. Need to submit one photo, id and address
proof with the form and within in 10 days u will received the Card
