The purpose of forwarding this message from Mr Bhal Patankar to you is to discuss the basic formula for development anywhere any time which carries the definition of iBusiness. The basic formula is

Business = eBusiness + iBusiness

Where eBusiness is the business that is going on and iBusiness is dialectical opposite of this eBusiness.

We are using the current word for eBusiness which is understood by the internet era. But the problem was the same in earlier eras.

The business that Khanduriji is doing comes under eBusiness. The business that Koshiyariji is doing is also eBusiness. We are not interested in eBusiness. We are interested only in the implementation of the pioneering technological nursery.

Koshiyariji is a former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. He served the state for three months only. The BJP high command thought that He will do better than the first Chief Minister at the elections. But the Party was defeated at the elections. Congress came in Power. Congress high command gave the power of Chief Minister to Tiwariji. Tiwariji was not liked by the local leadership. But Tiwariji ran the government for full five years. People defeated congress. They say that he was defeated by the work Nauchami Narayan by poet Narendra Singh Negi.

But today BJP is in power. Not only in Uttarakhand but over a sizeable part of the country including the neighbour Himachal Pradesh. Both these states are hilly states. The challenge is how to create job opportunities in the hilly part of the country. This hilly part represents the rural India.

We have in the group representatives of the NRIs including those NRIs who belong to Uttarakhand.

The only way to solve the problems of the state is by spending on research and development through technological nurseries and Dhumakot Sangliya is the pioneering technological nursery.

But we must listen to the solution that Patankarji suggests.
