No doubt the matter is grave but seems little exaggerated. One or two such untoward incidences can happen any where and anytime. Lets not pin point a particular community for that.
Its upto the villagers to take action first as this matter could have easily been tackeled.

Hi All,

I was very shocked when I heard heartrending news from one of my friends. As you all know that in these days four pilgrimage tours have been going on in Uttarakhand. From various parts of India as well as abroad there are a lot of devotees has been coming to Uttarakhand for taking a glimpse of natural & sacred beauty of Uttarakhand. But some of culprits visitors especially from Punjabi community are doing obscenity in nearby areas with our sisters, mothers  and children who are residing/walking/ working in nearby areas. My friends told me that in Joshimath nearby areas some of pilgrims are making obscene comments on our own women strength even some times they are trying to get molested them. My friends told me that if they find any women/girl alone & in pairs they try to do obscene activity with them. My friend was telling me that a fearful atmosphere has been created nearby areas. People are very scared. My friend has already been filled a complaint
against these culprits at nearby police station of Joshimath but still no immediate action taken by local police.

Really this is a very shocking news to all of us Uttarakhandi. This is a thing of safety. Now our people are not saved in their house/home/areas. So far our state was known for peace, simplicity and honesty but I think other communities people are taking wrong advantage of our greatness. The criminality has been entered in the Uttarakhand in the form of Pilgrimage visitors. The word "Pilgrimage" is also being defaming by some of these notorious people but friends this is a thing of our women safety. Who will look on such activities/culprits ?..We can guess how they are facing this situation? What we can do for them? Some of questions has been bobbed up which we have to answer.

Is only promoting tourism and providing best facility to pilgrims is our main objective? Is it the end of responsibility of our Govt? How many people of ours are affecting from these types of Yatra's, who will take care of it? Some questions are really thinkable…

Dear friends how to prevent such things and what should be done by us as well as our Govt in this regard?

If we will ignore it at this time then defiantly it will be become a major problem to us in near future.

Thanks & Regards

Mr. Subhash,
The concern raised by you is a valid one. But we have to accept the fact that number of such peoples are very less and we cannot correlated such peoples to any community as you have correlelated them to Punjabi’s and all.
Although I fully support the concern raised by you and I think that it is the peoples of our regions who should take the proactive actions against any such crimes although I know the we Garhwali’s are the true believers in Non violence but we need to take actions against such peoples and we should not depend on the government for some kind of actions

WE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT THESE PEOPLES ARE NOT PILGRIMGAGES BUT ARE THE BAD CHARATERE OF THE SOCIELTY

Fully Agreed with Mr.Yogesh THESE PEOPLES ARE NOT PILGRIMGAGES BUT ARE THE BAD CHARATERE OF THE SOCIELTY.

One thing I would like to clear that they are not only Punjabee's but also Jat, Gujjar etc. I am quite sure that once they were given a proper punishment for their misbehaviour action they will never repeat it again either in Uttarakhand or any place in India.

Request to my brothers who are in Media , Newspaper should raise this issue so that a suitable action should be taken in advance to avoid any such situations in future.

Best regards,

V.Pawar

Dear Mr. Kandpal/ Mr. Lakhera,
Its a shocking news for all of us.
Tourism, along with its positive impacts,  has such negative effects also. Uttarakhand Police needs to take stern action against such activities. An idea of Tourism Police can be made available to Uttarakhand Govt. If they are not able to handle it, then we have to make groups amongst ourselves for moral policing...

Take care...

Master Alok : Help for Master Alok....Save Life of Heart Patient fro

Dear All Group Members & Donors:

*Apni Bhasha….Apna Log*

* *

This is to inform you all that PG Group Trustees & Board Members had a
meeting at the Garhwal Bhawan on 5th July, 2008. As you may perhaps aware
that PG Group, in association with UANA, has managed to collect Rs.1.5 Lacs
for the treatment of Master Alok who is suffering heart problem and need to
undergo surgery at Apollo or AIIMS New Delhi. As informed earlier, patient's
father, Mr. Bharti, has been requesting for transferring the money into his
personal account but so far we have transferred it in his personal account
as PG Group is registered group & also liable to file yearly income tax
return with the Income Tax Department, hence money cannot be given to the
patient's family. It can be given to the hospital authorities only once the
request from hospital is received by PG Group.

I would like to inform you that the money has been collected based on the
reports and estimates given by the Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. Mr. Bharti is
no more interested in admitting his son at Apollo Hospital saying that the
doctors are not giving him any assurance of chances of survival of the
patient.

For the members concerned, approx. Rs. 45,000/- are lying with PG Group
account and Rs.1.09 Lacs are with UANA, USA. From the beginning we have been
requesting members/donors to either donate the money directly to the
patient's family or thru the PG Group.

In the meeting it was decided that, as a special case, an amount of
Rs.10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) will be given to the patient's family
for getting the necessary tests done at AIIMS. Cheque for the above amount
will be given to Mr. Bharti once we receive a letter from him.

I had a talk with the patient's father, Mr. Suresh Bharti, and conveyed him
the decision taken by the PG GROUP TRUST. He is coming to Delhi today or
tomorrow and the money will be handed over to him after receiving his
request in writing. Balance amount will be given to him only after receiving
proof of tests conducted by AIIMS or any other hospital.

This is for your information please.

Thanks & Regards,

need to undergo surgery at Apollo or AIIMS New Delhi. As informed earlier,
patient's father, Mr. Bharti, has been requesting for transferring the money
into his personal account but so far we have not transferred any amount into
his personal account as PG Group is a registered group & also liable to file
yearly income tax return with the Income Tax Department, hence money cannot
be given to the patient's family directly. It can be given to the hospital
authorities only once the request from the hospital is received by the PG
Group.

I would like to inform you that the money has been collected based on the
reports and estimates given by the Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. Mr. Bharti is
no more interested in admitting his son at the Apollo Hospital saying that
the doctors are not giving him any assurance of chances of survival of the
patient.

For the members concerned, approx. Rs. 45,000/- are lying with the PG Group
account and Rs.1.09 Lacs are with UANA, USA account. From the beginning we
have been requesting the members/donors to either donate the money directly
to the patient's family or thru the PG Group.

In the meeting it was decided that as a special case, an amount of
Rs.10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) will be given to the patient's family
for getting the necessary tests done at AIIMS. Cheque for the above amount
will be given to Mr. Bharti once we receive a letter from him.

I had a talk with the patient's father, Mr. Suresh Bharti, and conveyed him
the decision taken by the PG GROUP TRUST. He is coming to Delhi today or
tomorrow and the cheque will be handed over to him after receiving his
request in writing. Balance amount will be given to him only after receiving
proof of tests conducted by AIIMS or any other hospital.

This is for your information please.

Thanks & Regards,

How to solve a problem

Posted by: "Mrs. C K Pandey" ckpandey2005@yahoo.com   ckpandey2005

Whenever there is a problem we either deny it saying there is no problem or sit to solve the problem and make it a big issue. Neither of these help. A problem does not disappear when you deny it. And it does not get solved when you sit to solve it.

The 5 steps to solve a problem:

1. Acknowledge the problem - it is there.

2. See it as a small problem, and do not say it is big.

3. If it concerns people, keep in touch with them instead of avoiding them.

4. Talk less and give time a chance.

5. Get together and celebrate. When you celebrate and put the problem on the back burner you will see that the problem will get solved by the way.

So it is wise not to sit to solve a problem. Most of the meetings to solve problems end up in disaster.

If you do not have any problem, you will create problems for others! (laughter) If you have a small problem in your pocket to solve, it will give a focus to your mind. If you do not have any problems, you may be a problem for others.

It is better to have a problem than to be a problem.

Good Luck

Good Luck.
How's your luck running, by the way?
Here's the answer. Your luck is running as good as you decide it to be.
Luck is the same energy as positive, abundant, loving, happy and grateful.
You, who are living in those energies, are lucky. You are having good luck.
To the extent your mind has a hold on you and you are not living in those energies, you have less good luck than you should have.
Who's in charge here?
Is it you? Then you have to act like it. Meaning, you have to take actions as if you're in charge.
You might think good luck is some mysterious thing people get for some unknown reason. You might think you don't have enough good luck. You might think you've had some bad luck. If you are one of those pitiful souls that says, "If I didn't have bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all," then you have a complete misunderstanding of what is going on in this world.
Good luck is your choice. You decide to be lucky or unlucky. You decide.
Good luck is high energy. Good luck is positive. You, who are living in positive energy, you're lucky, you're experiencing good luck.
There you have it. Get positive and get lucky, get good luck. That's it.
Are you carrying around a lot of negative energy? You don't like this, you don't like that, you don't like him, you don't like her, you don't like you, you're not having good luck. Read that last sentence. There's one word that doesn't belong in there, notice? It's the word good. All the rest of the words are negative. And, that's it. When you carry around negative energy, positive, good, good luck is not coming your way. Good doesn't go where negative runs the show.
Someone said, long ago, and it's often quoted, "I am a great believer in luck and I find, the harder I work, the more I have of it." What a lie. If that statement were true the ditch digger working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, would have all the luck, all the wealth.
The truth is, the more positive you are, the more good luck you have.
Your mind is saying, that guy just said, you don't need to work and you'll get lucky.
Frankly, it doesn't matter what you do. Dig the ditch, sweep the floors 'til dawn, workaholic all you want, it doesn't matter. What matters is your attitude about it. When you're positive about it, good luck is the energy you live in. Good things are coming your way. Whatever you do, if you are positive, you have good luck.
You, who have good luck, you are looking around the corner for the next good thing coming your way. Guess what? Something good is about to happen to you. Some good luck is coming your way.
Good luck, being in luck, is about being positive. In the Release Technique, you learn the skills to be positive all the time, yes, all the time. In the Release Technique you get the tools to be positive in spite of whatever is happening. You get the tools to drop the negative, the negative attitudes, negative feelings, negative thinking that is standing in your way of having all the good luck you deserve.
You deserve only good luck. Good luck is what you are covered up by all the negativity such as thinking you're not lucky. To have something different you have to do something different. To have good luck you have to acquire the skills to get rid of what's in your way, to get rid of the negativity.
Complaining, blaming, shaming, looking at what's wrong, looking at what you don't have, arguing, raging, all of that junk is in your way of having good luck. If you always do what you have always done, you'll always have what you have always got.
Time to do something different isn't it? Time to have some good luck isn't it? It's a lot easier than you think it is. It starts by saying, yes. It starts with a decision. I'm going to get rid of what's in my way. I'm going to get rid of what's in the way of me being lucky, like all those lucky people out there. I'm going to get rid of my negativity.
The Release Technique gives you the skills, the tools to do just that. Make a decision in favor of yourself. Get bigger than your mind which has been feeding you all that negative garbage all your life. Get bigger than your mind. Get bigger than whatever is happening in your life. It's your life. Take charge of it. Learn how. Do it now. Go to www.releasetechnique.com order the Abundance Course on CDs or go to a live class coming near you. Do it now and begin to have all the good luck you deserve. You will be able to say, "I am a great believer in luck. And, I find the more positive I am, the more I have of it."
