Hi Himanshu,

Thanks for your mail. Let me answer all your raised questions so that
it helps all the members of the PG Group to gain the knowledge about
this awareness cum sponsorship programme -

Role of the Project Leaders & Coordinators - This time PG Group team
would be required to visit three Project Schools (i.e. Puryadaang (Pauri
Garhwal), Gairsain (Chamoli Garhwal) & Masi (Kumaon). We need to have
three different teams headed by Project Leaders for each Project.
Puryadaang is our first Project initiated in year 2006 and the team
would visit to renew the scholarship of the students. Gairsain is our
second Project initiated in Year 2007 and team would visit to renew the
scholarship. Masi is our Third (New) project being initiated this year
in Kumaon Region and on project team would visit there.

The primary responsibility of the Coordinators and Leaders for these
Projects would be to work out the agenda for the awareness camp (must
comprise education awareness session) and coordinate on the process of
identifying/evaluating the renewal of scholarship sponsorship.

Financial Support - There is no minimum amount fixed as contribution
from the interested members. Even an amount of as less as Rs. 100/- as
contribution is appreciated for this noble cause. There is a
provisioning of maintaining a sub account in PG for scholarship
programme. Funds generated for this cause are utilized for this cause.
Upon the completion of Projects, we would share the list of all the
contributors/donors and would also share the list of students sponsored
under the programme.

As part of our scholarship programme, we sponsor the expenses around -
School Fee, Tuition Fee, Books, Stationery, 2 Set of Uniforms, Shoes
etc.

आज हम लोगुन अपणी पुरुखों की समोण (कूडी पुन्गरी पटली ) बेची ते या बांजा डाली ते दूर परदेशों मा बसिगैन, लेकिन हम यी बात ते भी नि निकारी सकदा कि अभी भी हमरी जड़ हमरा गौ मुल्क मा ही समायी च और सोचा यदि हम यी जड़ ते ही नस्ट करिदयोला त हमरू विकास कन केक होलु?. हमरी पछाण ही हमरू मुल्क च.

भै बंधो सच्चा अर्थों मा हमरू विकास तभी माणी जाय्लो जब हमरू मुल्क गौ कू विकास होलु, गौ कू विकास तब होलु जब गौ गोल्यों मा मनखी होला, पुन्गरा-पटला हरयाँ होला, हमरा ब्वे-बाबा, दादा-दादियों का अन्खुयों मा दुःख का आंसुओं नि होला, तभी हम सम्झाला कि हम लोग विकास कना छिन. अगर हम लोग यी गति से ही अपणी माटी मुल्क से दूर होंदी जोला, गौ गोल्यों छोड़ी दूर परदेशों मा बसी जोला, त सु दिन भी दूर नी च जब हम ख़ुद अपणा अस्तित्व,अपणी पछाण ते फ़िर से पाणे, ढूड़ने की कोशिश करला, लेकिन तब तक भोत देर हवे चुकी जोली, तब हम कुछ नी करी सकला, तब हम कभी भी गर्व से नी बोली सकदा कि हम उत्तराखंडी छिन, हम पहाडी छिन.

अभी भी वक्त च, बोडी की ऐ जावा, नेत भै बंधो ठाग्या सा रे जाला.

मीते अज्यों भी पूरी आशा च कि हम लोग चेती जाला, एक बार फ़िर हम ते अपणी माटी की याद ओली और एक बार फ़िर हमरा गौ गोल्यों मा रोल-पोल दाख्य्ने ते मिलली. कैन बहुत ही सही बोली कि

वाह चमोली जी, आपन बिल्कुल सही बोली. हम सभी पहाडी लोग बाग़ श्री नरेंदर सिंह नेगी जी का गीत ति भोत सुणदा और रोज फजल ब्याखनी गुन गुनंदा भी छिन पर नेगी जी अपणा वों गीतों माँ क्या छिन बोलणा, शायद हमुन कभी बींगणे की जरूरत नि समझी और यदि बीन्ग्या भी होला त कभी तों शब्दों पर सोचणे की कोशिश नी करी.



आज जब भी अपणा गों जांदा तब भोत ही जादा दुःख होन्दु, कभी जीं खोलियों मा रोल पेल रैन्दि छे आज उओं खौल्या मा सुक्राट पडियों च. कभी जों तिबार डिनडला मान बूड बूडियों की चोपाल बैठी रोंदी छे, आज वों तिबार मा मूसा खोंदार लग्या. मीं ते अजी भी याद छ कि जब घौर पुन कोदा कि दें होंदी छे ति सभी गों का नन-लोड़ों (लड़के-लड़की) ते धो (आवाज) लागोंदा छा कि दें (मंडाई ) कन आवा रे. तब सेरा गों का छोटा लोडा लोड़ी कोदा का ढेर मा उछल कूद करदा छा और कोदा की दें तनी मा हवे जांदी छे, बल्द (बैल) भी नी रिटोर्ण परदा छा, पर आज न सी कोदा ढेर दिख्यंदा और न छोटा नन - लोडा.



हम सभी लोग जारणदा छिन कि रोजी रोटी का बाना सभी लोग अपणा घौर से दूर पदेशियों मा चली गैन लेकिन ये कु मतलब यु त नी च कि हम अपणा घौर मुलुक कु बाटु ही भूल जोला. भोत ही दुःख की बात च. मिन ते यख तक देखि कि कई लोगुन अपनी घौर की कूड़ी पुंगडी- पटली (मकान, खेत खलियान) बेचीं कीक दूर परदेशों मा बसिगैन. उओं लोगों कु क्या होलु? सी अपणी औंण वली पीड़ी ते क्या जवाब दयोला? वों कु अस्तित्व क्या रोलु? जरा सोचणी वली बात छ?
