As per new age the way of education needs some changes.

I also Appriciate your program in respect of Personality Development
of College Students.

You people may touch following subject if possible

Like : ( 1 ) Public speech
( 2 ) Body Laguage
( 3 ) Getting alog with people.
( 4 ) How to develop confedence.
( 5 ) leader ship Quality .
( 6 ) Decision Making

How ever in my opinion " we have to do our work at the level Best "

Hi Dears,

1.One comment would be to promote Girl's education.
May be we can observe if they cross middle and goto 10 or not.
Can we maintain a minimum count %age for that ?
(If its naturally maintained, it would be really good.)
Its just a thought.

2. For handicapped kids(if any). We can try giving them education and
then they can fight competition for their reserved seats.

3. For Mentor, i would say that there should be close interaction
of Mentors with the CareerGuidance Team so that we could
find better solutions together and share ideas among each other.
(Also it will help us adding/maintaining good FAQs database)

Subject: [Foundation SHURWAAT] Scholarship/Sponsoreship of the Student......

As you all know the Kids mentoring program and Scholarship amount mentioned in Website. However, we do not have any much positive response from members.

As per record, We had received list of 39 students during the year 2007-08. However, for the year 2008-09, we had received a list of 36 students from School side. Last Year we interviewed all Kids and then distributed 5 Full Scholerships and 34 Partial scholarships. This Year these kids will be again accessed and accordingly scholerships will be contibnued or increased or terminated.

On the basis of suggestion received from various members, The following category of the students can be suggested for scholarship:

1) Poor and Talanted Kids : Full sponcerships to Kid From 6th,7th,8th,9th,11th who are poor and gives more then 50% answers + Two from Intermediate and Two from High School, who secure 1st and 2nd position amongst the students of G..I.C Kulanikhal and our project area i.e. Kaligaad Gram Sabha (For encouragement)

First class in Class 12th - (One from Kulanikhal and one from project village)

First Class in Class 10th - (One from Kulanikhal and one from project village)

2) Poor and Promising : Only School Fee.. will be convered to Full if they show improved result next Year..

3) All 12th Pass Kids will be attached to one member for Career Path and future direction... if needed then they will be sponcered for future courses and exams..

Besides, we can choose one student from Sports Quota of any class.. The student have to attend district level meet.

Comments as early as possible so that the same can be finalized.
