Hi all

We required candidates for following jobs

Post: Landscape Architect
Qualification: B.Arch with 3-6 years in landscape
designing and execution.

Job Description
Planning and designing for landscape spaces for
residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Co-ordination with project design architect,
international landscape architect and MEP consultants,
signage and lighting consultants.
Developing construction documents with specification
for hard and soft landscape based on concept.
Making BOQ for the hard and soft landscape.
Visit sites for periodic checks of design intent and
get the project executed by the landscape contractor.
Preparing drawings required for submitting to DMC for
Tree Authority.
Location : Noida

Jr. Architect (Architects & Designers)

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum ITI (Draughtsman)/Course in AutoCAD.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a design
environment
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
Self-driven and result oriented.
A good Team-Player.
Added Knowledge of Photoshop and 3d Max software is
Preferred.

Job Responsibilities :
Drawing/ Drafting of plans, conceptual sketches,
elevations and architectural details that illustrate
the design intent and use of materials
AutoCAD Drafting of Concept, Design Development,
Presentation, Drawing, Submission Drawing etc.
Production of architectural drawings using customer
defined software.
Drawing of CAFM symbols, P line, Poly Line etc.
Drawing of furniture/engineering symbols in
plans/sections/elevations
Deliver error free drawing within specified timelines.
Should be able to understand the latest technologies
and excellent working knowledge of CAD.
Ensure quality standards are maintained.
Location : Noida

IT Programmers & Software Designers

QUALIFICATION
Graduation

TIBCO resources:
TIBCO iProcessà Development experience (not
administration)
TIBCO BW / Designer à Development
General Interface & iprocess Server Objects (Java) à
for front end development.
