As you know Dhumakot Sangliya Experiment has an
international group on internet. In this group there
are Uttarakhand NRIs as well as other NRIs who do not
belong to Uttarakhand but take active part. Rayalaji
is one of them.

Global organisation of people of Indian origin is
representative of 2.5 crores of NRIs. It is
recognised by Government of India. Rayalaji has
commented on some of their activities.

The people of Uttarakhand have migrated to cities.
These people may be compared to NRIs. They have
formed several Gopios. The purpose of forwarding the
mail of Rayalaji is to seek comments of internet
groups from Uttarakhand.
