The last mail was an introduction to  the material of a blog  of 29 year old soft  Manish Singh Bisht (Thursday, January 24, 2008) carrying the title:Poor pahadi VS Uttaranchal..UttaraKhand...Dehradun..Gairsain. It said:
 
Internet has come to stay.  It is being used extensively world over.  But you are not able to contact the current or past members of the state legislative assembly. The eGovernment has under performed in this direction.  Even the central government seems to have under performed.  But the iGovernment that is Phatte ki Sarkar is being blamed for over performance.  Several individuals and groups have blocked this as a Spam.  Phatte ki Sarkar has discussed this point in one of the issues  when it discussed what Uttarakhand Association of North America is doing, what Uttaranchal Association of North America is doing and what the pioneer in internet activities from Uttarakhand is doing.

Manish has made an appeal not only to you in your eCapacity but also the bureaucrats of the state to move beyond the eIssues of CM Rotation, state capital, etc and solve the problems of the poor uncles and aunts of Uttarakhand.  He is in the same age group today as I was when the nursery idea was brought to the notice of the Uttar Pradesh Government involving the MP Dr Bhakta Darshan and CM Chandra Bhanu Gupta.  They did their best to ensure that the lens nursery is established  in Sangliya.  The project never dies.  It may be argued that the project did not die because I did not allow it to die.  It will die with me.  This is perhaps not correct.  I was as ignorant of the overall politics of the human development as Manish may be at present.  But Manish may work in the same way as I did.  The pioneers of the World Federation of Scientific Workers, except perhaps, J D Bernal did not know me.  Bernal too came to know about me when he had lost
his voice and was depending on his secretary just as Dhrishtrarastra saw the World War of Mahabharata through Sanjaya.  I have come to know about Manish.  Internet has brought him to me. But Manish is not an individual.  He represents IT professionals of Uttarakhand who are connected with Internet. 
 
It does not matter if the Uttarkhand Association of North America and Uttaranchal Association of North America are lost in eIssues that are challenged by Manish.  We have Gopio, the Global Association of  People of Indian Origin, that has taken interest in Dhumakot Sangliya Experiment.  The people of Manish generations may turn as individual technological nurseries and the iMovement may continue after me.
