Tribute to my village & Chachaji
By Raju Gusain
http://www.garhwalpost.com/centrenewsdetail.aspx?id=2811;&nt=Uttarakhand
Dehradun, 6 May: A recent visit to my native village
Nagali (Patti-Nayalchami) in district Tehri was an
eye-opener. I was visiting my village after a gap of
14 years and had little idea of the change that had
taken place since my last visit.

The standard of living of the villagers has certainly
gone up. The mobile phone (though with a weak signal)
has made its way there. It was there to stay and the
new mobile towers, which the BSNL and other companies
are planning to install, were an important issue in
the discussions of the rustic folk. With the mobile
phones gaining popularity, many new stories related to
it were in popular circulation. The most amazing was
related to the fodder collecting women who suffered
fractures after falling from trees when they lost
their balance in the process of attending calls on
their mobiles.

The mobile phones are just about everywhere. One could
spot the handset hanging loosely with the support of a
chord on a beautifully crafted wooden pillar (Tiwara).
The village women carry the set to the jungle while
collecting the daily fodder. The villages these days
present the changing condition of the hill women. They
remained equipped with a chord, sickle, mobile set and
bottle (generally soft drink/mineral water bottles are
reused) to carry water. The hardship of the Garhwali
women remains the same but their lifestyle has changed
a little. The affordable technological advancements
have made it possible!

In the past, villagers wearing clothes with many
patches on them were a familiar sight in my village.
There were many others who used to wear gifted army
uniforms. But, the clothes they wear today proves the
economic prosperity of the villagers. Hardly can one
find a person wearing torn clothes. This is a good
sign! The young children wear jeans, cargo and other
fashionable outfits.

Also, the craze for cricket has taken the new
generation into its grip. They play cricket in the
agriculture fields. Only tried and tested bowlers are
used as experiments could prove costly and a loose
ball can end up flying down the hills. Never to be
located again! In short a cruel SIXER!

The youths of village Nagali look bright and
confident. But, after they complete their 10+2,
confusion prevails regarding the future move. What
after 10+2? Career guidance at intermediate level is
the need of the hour. Tehri district has one of the
highest numbers of hotel professionals from
Uttarakhand working abroad. It is rather strange that
hotel management courses are yet to reach places like
Hindoo, from where the maximum number of people is
working in foreign lands.

Mobile phones and satellite TV have reached my
village, but not the health system and proper schools.
Last year, one hospital launched a mobile clinic from
Dehradun. Its main aim was to take affordable health
facilities to the remote Garhwal. I was happy at the
launch, as the van was to pass through Nagali also. It
was to halt at Tholdhar/Duggada, near my village. The
villagers have not heard anything about the mobile
clinic. Either the van is operating on paper or
without any publicity. I did not found any signboard
about the van in Duggada and Tholdhar.

Besides medical facilities and better schools, the
villagers feel that their future can change if land
reforms are introduced in a big way in Nagali.

I was in Nagali to attend my deceased uncle Hukum
Singh Gusain's rituals. I look at the visit as a study
trip to know my village in a better way and also as a
tribute to my Chachaji.

launch, as the van was to pass through Nagali also. It
was to halt at Tholdhar/Duggada, near my village. The
villagers have not heard anything about the mobile

Thank you very much kandpal ji,

Its nice to hear u have already venturing for the indegenous fruits of uttrakhand.

Give me some time definitely i shall advice a better option to find out the way to market indegenous fruits of uttrakhand.

Once it will start, definitley you like people who are making good things will success.

If in am not wrong you want to know the prervation of hissar (hisalu)
for this pl note cold storage system is rquired. Farmers will have to be encoureged to produce more bushes of hissar and not to cut them.

in any how if original shape of hissar could not be sustained than other products are there like juice can made out of it (and you can not imagine if it get success, how much income as well as revene for our state will come), then there is dry product from drying up the hissar itc.

Hope this may help up to some extent.

One more precious food is timla, riped furit can be transformed into jam or pulpy food.

there are so many others items, i am making a reseach, on time this will be highlighted.

How to improve your memory

Posted by: "Mrs. C K Pandey" ckpandey2005@yahoo.com   ckpandey2005

Fri May 9, 2008 1:23 am (PDT)

Everyone can take steps to improve their memory, and with time and practice most people can gain the ability to memorize seemingly impossible amounts of information. Whether you want to win the World Memory Championships, ace your history test, or simply remember where you put your keys, this article can get you started. Scientists believe that exercising your brain can create a 'cognitive reserve' that will help you stay sharp as you age.
1. Convince yourself that you do have a good memory that will improve. Too many people get stuck here and convince themselves that their memory is bad, that they are just not good with names, that numbers just slip out of their minds for some reason. Erase those thoughts and vow to improve your memory. Commit yourself to the task and bask in your achievements — it's hard to keep motivated if you beat yourself down every time you make a little bit of progress.
2. Keep your brain active. The brain is not a muscle, but regularly "exercising" the brain actually does keep it growing and spurs the development of new nerve connections that can help improve memory. By developing new mental skills—especially complex ones such as learning a new language or learning to play a new musical instrument—and challenging your brain with puzzles and games you can keep your brain active and improve its physiological functioning.
3. Exercise daily. Regular aerobic exercise improves circulation and efficiency throughout the body, including in the brain, and can help ward off the memory loss that comes with aging. Exercise also makes you more alert and relaxed, and can thereby improve your memory uptake, allowing you to take better mental "pictures."
4. Reduce stress. Chronic stress, although it does not physically damage the brain, can make remembering much more difficult. Even temporary stresses can make it more difficult to effectively focus on concepts and observe things. Try to relax, regularly practice yoga or other stretching exercises, and see a doctor if you have severe chronic stress.
5. Eat well and eat right. There are a lot of herbal supplements on the market that claim to improve memory, but none have yet been shown to be effective in clinical tests (although small studies have shown some promising results for ginkgo biloba and phosphatidylserine). A healthy diet, however, contributes to a healthy brain, and foods containing antioxidants—broccoli, blueberries, spinach, and berries, for example—and Omega-3 fatty acids appear to promote healthy brain functioning. Feed your brain with such supplements as Thiamine, Vitamin E, Niacin and Vitamin B-6. Grazing, eating 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 large meals, also seems to improve mental functioning (including memory) by limiting dips in blood sugar, which may negatively affect the brain.
6. Take better pictures. Often we forget things not because our memory is bad, but rather because our observational skills need work. One common situation where this occurs (and which almost everyone can relate to) is meeting new people. Often we don't really learn people's names at first because we aren't really concentrating on remembering them. You'll find that if you make a conscious effort to remember such things, you'll do much better. One way to train yourself to be more observant is to look at an unfamiliar photograph for a few seconds and then turn the photograph over and describe or write down as many details as you can about the photograph. Try closing your eyes and picturing the photo in your mind. Use a new photograph each time you try this exercise, and with regular practice you will find you're able to remember more details with even shorter glimpses of the photos.
7. Give yourself time to form a memory. Memories are very fragile in the short-term, and distractions can make you quickly forget something as simple as a phone number. The key to avoid losing memories before you can even form them is to be able to focus on the thing to be remembered for a while without thinking about other things, so when you're trying to remember something, avoid distractions and complicated tasks for a few minutes.
8. Create vivid, memorable images. You remember information more easily if you can visualize it. If you want to associate a child with a book, try not to visualize the child reading the book – that's too simple and forgettable. Instead, come up with something more jarring, something that sticks, like the book chasing the child, or the child eating the book. It's your mind – make the images as shocking and emotional as possible to keep the associations strong.
9. Repeat things you need to learn. The more times you hear, see, or think about something, the more surely you'll remember it, right? It's a no-brainer. When you want to remember something, be it your new coworker's name or your best friend's birthday, repeat it, either out loud or silently. Try writing it down; think about it.
10. Group things you need to remember. Random lists of things (a shopping list, for example) can be especially difficult to remember. To make it easier, try categorizing the individual things from the list. If you can remember that, among other things, you wanted to buy four different kinds of vegetables, you'll find it easier to remember all four.
11. Organize your life. Keep items that you frequently need, such as keys and eyeglasses, in the same place every time. Use an electronic organizer or daily planner to keep track of appointments, due dates for bills, and other tasks. Keep phone numbers and addresses in an address book or enter them into your computer or cell phone. Improved organization can help free up your powers of concentration so that you can remember less routine things. Even if being organized doesn't improve your memory, you'll receive a lot of the same benefits (i.e. you won't have to search for your keys anymore).
12. Try meditation. Research now suggests that people who regularly practice "mindfulness" meditation are able to focus better and may have better memories. Mindfulness (also known as awareness or insight meditation) is the type commonly practiced in Western countries and is easy to learn. Studies at Massachusetts General Hospital show that regular meditation thickens the cerebral cortex in the brain by increasing the blood flow to that region. Some researchers believe this can enhance attention span, focus, and memory.
13. Sleep well. The amount of sleep we get affects the brain's ability to recall recently learned information. Getting a good night's sleep – a minimum of seven hours a night – may improve your short-term memory and long-term relational memory, according to recent studies conducted at the Harvard Medical School.
14. Build your memorization arsenal. Learn pegs, memory palaces, and the Dominic System. These techniques form the foundation for mnemonic techniques, and will visibly improve your memory.
15. Venture out and learn from your mistakes. Go ahead and take a stab at memorizing the first one hundred digits of pi, or, if you've done that already, the first one thousand. Memorize the monarchs of England through your memory palaces, or your grocery list through visualization. Through diligent effort you will eventually master the art of memorization.

The importance of Chicago conference

To

Dhumakot Sangliya groups on Internet.

I had a long discussion with General Tejpal Singh
Rawat who is one of the 5 members of Lok Sabha from
Uttarakhand. The discussion was focused on the
implementation of Dhumakot Sangliya project. Jagpal
Singh Rawat, Secretary, Nainidanda Vikas Sangh had a
long discussion with Gen Rawat earlier. I told
General Rawat that he has a lot of experience. He
retired from Army. This is a valuable experience.
Science had a place in Army. We are trying to use
science in rural development. Then he has the
experience of struggling for the project for 5 years
in Uttarakhand Government. These two experiences must
be utilised. Unfortunately, he has no access to
internet. He does not know what Dhumakot Sangliya
Groups are and what they are knowing.

Let us switch over from the new Uttarakhand MP to a
resource that we have recently found. This resource
is the Chicago conference organised jointly by Ram
Naryanan ji's organisation and another organisation
that is being introduced in this mail.

India Development Coalition of America (IDCA) creates
opportunities and cooperation between non-profit
organizations, non-governmental organizations and
individuals that are engaged in bettering the lives of
village and urban poor through scalable sustainably
developed initiatives. For this purpose this
organisation has coined a word for the type of
development they support. In principle they also
support Uttarakhand NGOs. But Dhumakot Sangliya
Groups are not in touch with this organisation
directly. The internationak group is in touch with
Ram Narayanji and the Chicago conference. This
organisation is cooperating with Ram Narayananji to
organise this conference.

Neither Ram Naryananji nor this group understand
iBusiness. Both know only eBusiness. All that this
group understands is described in the word wealth
coined by the group. The letters stand for W ater,E
nergy & Environment, A griculture, L ivelihoods, T

The spirit that this group to come up is what Swami
Vivekanand said:
"Let New India arise- let her arise- out of the
peasants' cottage, grasping the plough; out of the
huts of fisherman, the cobbler, and the sweeper. Let
her spring from the grocer's shop, from the oven of
the fritter-seller. Let her emanate from factory, from
marts and markets. Let her emerge from groves and
forests, from hills and mountains."

Extending a helping hand towards Alok

Venomous Health Ministry, what's our mistake doctor?

When we look back at the performance of the Health Ministry under any
government, what comes to our mind is an abysmal picture of the health
status of our country. Public health centres have been the spectacle
since years with either no staff or no equipments, what to say about the
lack of state of the art technologies which symbolizes of a fantasy
world for the ones residing in rural areas. When comes the situation of
tackling with the health concerns the rural residents have no choice but
to fork out vast sums of money for private care.
Hitherto after agrarian issues the second most common cause of debt
in rural areas is medical expenditure. The shoddy care combined with
coquetries meted out to those who cannot afford anything better makes
them shed even their legacies for rejuvenating their health.
One out of every 11 children under five dies in India for want of
low-cost, low-technology medical intervention. Maternal mortality that
is unacceptably high is due to the same reason. Preventive measures
which are viable against spread of communicable diseases are most of the
time put to ignorance by the Health Ministry. Feasible access to proper
sanitation and preventive healthcare can definitely curb the mortality
rate of our country. Rather than emphasizing on major health issues our
Health Ministry is constantly applying centrifugal force in carrying
crusades against irrelevant issues. One of such issues is that during
the birth of a child in a government hospital the parents are handed
over a vaccination chart indicating the schedule of vaccinations to be
given to the child at various stages of the life. One of such vaccine
is against Polio. Though the Polio drops are given in general and
booster doses at different stages but still the government is keenly
providing these drops every year free of cost that too at the door step
irrespective of the proper schedule of the vaccine but such drives are
not being carried over for other costlier life saving vaccines which
itself is self explanatory that how actively our Health Ministry is
eradicating the deadlier diseases.
Similar to our Health Ministry the doctors appointed in the
government hospitals are of the same pool. Assuring the patients for
providing the utmost treatment at cheapest prices, and on the pretext of
non-functional test machines the patients are often advised to get the
diagnosis test from private laboratories referred by the doctors which
can normally be got done from the same government hospitals at
affordable prices. Such kinds of doctors are in myriads and ubiquitous
bringing a shame to our nation's dignity whose pedagogy of medical
science in legacy is accepted world wide.
The moot question remains: is our Health Ministry close to meeting our
heightened expectations or are we being driven towards fool's
paradise?
Healthcare should be seen as a crucial investment in human resources
without which we cannot sustain this scorching pace of growth.

If Alok's parents feel that there was deficiency in the services of the
hospitals where they have been haunting hitherto, they should
immediately move to Consumer Forum for seeking the compensation. Though
this process may take some time but it will finally be in their favour
embarking their financial condition.

Respected Thapliyal ji,

Thank you very much for ur suggestion and preservation of
indegenous fruits of uttrakhand.
I have the same thinking, and b4 6 yrs i had a small orchad for
the same purpose. But sir the fruits u mentioned has limited life

Dear all friends,

We have many natural food which we normally gets in our villages,
jungles i meant to say in our uttrakhand i.e hissar, kaful,
kingore, Timla, Bedu, kharhik, panya (white giri, kandali (can be
used for green vegetable) other than amla, aaru, khumani etc.

Is it poossible to give more attention to such preservation
processes so that these vaminishing/ disappearing foods can be
continued to live for long time in our uttrakhand.

If it becomes possible to preserved these for marketing purpose,
i am quite sure every uttrakhandi would show itnerest in these
foods.

such act will put the attention of villagers and unemployed to
pay attention to these money earning activitiees. Even retired
person may put there interests.

By this we could be able to earn more for our uttrakhand as weel
as self dependency for our state.

This subject require more amd more discussion. Pl put your
vaulable suggestions to make this dream into reality which will
be a pride for our state.

Dear All,

Thanks for your responses (this mail is marked to all those members who has shown their interest in helping this family).

JUST ABOUT PG GROUP:

PG Group is a social group of people who believe in giving back to their Society. It's a group of people of Uttarakhand, who are working outside Uttarakhand & have passion for doing something for their society. Almost 99% members of the group are working in private companies and even though they are very tide up with their daily jobs, sparing some time for the needy people of our dev_bhumi. PG Group is a voluntary non-profit registered TRUST (registered with Registrar of Delhi), which is also an online yahoo group engaged in the upliftment of less privileged section of Uttarakhand State.

MASTER ALOK'S CASE:

Family of Master Alok has approached us after they could not get any help from other institutions/ government authorities. For your kind information, in the past also, PG Group has helped one bone cancer patient (master Deepak) of Uttarakhand by collecting more than Rs.7 Lacs for his treatment from the group members and from other sources including NRIs.

Some of the members/donors have suggested that the family should approach to Sathya Sai Institute, Bangalore, who conducts free operation/surgery & charge nothing from the heart patient but the fact is something else. They had also gone their for the treatment of his son but it was totally surprised for them that the institute has told them that they can not treat the child due to certain reasons, which only patient's family can tell.

Only Apollo Hospital, Delhi has given them some hope that by conducting immediate surgery, life of the patient can be saved. One of the doctors in the Apollo Hospital, who is an Uttarakhandi, has given them estimate for Rs.1.5 Lacs for the treatment of the patient. This doctor will not charge his fees etc. and will also try to minimize the treatment expenses.

For your kind information, PG Group does not have any financial source and all our initiatives are driven by our members. We value the contribution of each of our members. As informed earlier, PG Group has a very transparent fund system and each donor is informed about utilization of his/her funds.

As you may perhaps aware that PG Group Trustees have (8 trustees) have contributed Rs.10000/- for the treatment of Master Alok but the family needs atleast Rs.1.25 Lacs so that they can come to Delhi and admit him in the hospital. Donations can be made thru PG Group Trust and your contribution can be transferred in the Group's following account with your instructions and mail to me or to the group.

Background

As you are aware that we can do contribute to development of Uttarakhand and Uttarakhandi only when we will be interacting with rural people of Uttarakhand in a regular interval and share our experience and examples and try to connect them with main flow of information, Not with preaching and cursing.

With the aim of "Total development of the locals, with primary concentration on bringing about a change in social, financial, cultural attitudes of the Uttaranchali community, so that migration could be stopped and already migrated start thinking about going back.", Kaligaad Gram Sabha and Kunalikhal Inter collage has been identified for project by Foundation Shurwaat Trust.

Foundation SHURWAAT Family for the journey

Success of the programme depends on the team work. Each and every member was keenly involved with the programme, either be apart of visiting team or by submitting their valuable suggestion. Many members want to be the part of visiting team but due to the personal commitment and unavoidable circumstances, they could not take part in this visit, but they were in continuous touch with other team members towards showing their commitment about their motherland i.e. Uttarakhand. The visiting team comprising the following members:

Shri Bachchi Ram Lakhera (Local representative)

Shri Akhilesh Gusain

Shri Deepak Dhyani

Shri Naresh Tiwari

27th Apr 2008 - Pleasurable Journey with tight schedule

Deepak Chaudhary, Deepak Dhyani, Naresh Tiwari and Suman Sardwal purchased all gifts and stuff

for village and school and then gathered at residence of Shri Suman Sardwal to discuss responsibilities just before departure. Akhilesh Gusain was scheduled to join team from Kotdwara. Team had following agenda:

l Interview of school kids for scholarship of 2008-09

l Prize distribution for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Position holder from class 6th -11th

l Input collection from school for requirement of year 2008-09

l Motivation session at school

l Interview and finalization for Project coordinator from Village.

l Monitoring of Village School: Sarv Siksha Kendra

l Fields visit to check possibility of increasing harvested Land

l Village visit to identify Nirashirt Oldies

l Village cooperative meeting and discussion about next crop and products

l Visit of near by villages and gram shabha to include them in our network

l Preparation and possibility check of Tourism in Village and near by area.

28th Apr 2008 – Government Inter College, Kulanikhal – Protect Uttarakhand's Future

We started from Delhi by Bus and then by Taxi from Kotdwara. We reached Kunalikhal around 9AM then we took all our stuff in our hands and started moving downhill 2.5 KM walk by foot. Finally we reached school around 9:30 AM and found close to 80% attendance of Kids and 70% of teachers. We started with following activities:

1- We started with interaction with teachers and came to know that due to our efforts 3 new teachers has been appointed to school and most of the teachers are positive with our efforts. But on the other hand they were not stratified from last scholarship distribution, as per them few students who were good for nothing got the scholarship and few good students left out. So we explained our approach of taking interview and selection criteria and it was decided that this time interview will be taken in presence of few teachers.

2- Library has been visited and register of issuing the book has been verified and found that Library is working.

3- Teachers has given us already prepared list of poor Kids (14 Kids) , Talented kids (4 Sprots) and top 3 position holders of each class (18 Kids).

4- We started with Motivation session and recalled our last conversation with students and then Distributed Gifts to top 3 position holders of class 6th, 7th, 8th,9th and 11th.

5- Few students told us that they had sent us Postcards but they didn't get any reply , where we didn't get any post card. So Kids has been asked to give the postcards and letters to school and we will pick them by hand till we find the solution of communication problem.

6- Took interview of 22 Kids (who were present) in presence of 3 teachers.

9- The Student who was not able to attend the interview has been requested to attend the same on 22nd May, when Naresh Tiwari ji will be visiting school & village.

10- During discussion we came to know that all teachers are not satisfied with Principal and Clerk, even we too felt the same as apart from 1st visit we have never seen the principle in the school ( saddest part of our project). Also the clerk use to delay the bills and other things related to teacher and seeks money to process the same. Teachers are highly unhappy with management and want to take transfers.

28th – 30th Apr 2007 - Journey towards our aim - Kaligaad Talla

We Started by foot to Village from Dhabkhal, an 9 KM hilly track tour. We took 2 hours to complete 9 KM walk, seems good average for non hilly residents, But the best Part was when ever we were confused due to 2 ways in-front of us, god helped us by sending someone and guided us.

During our 2 Days Stay in Village we have completed following Tasks:

1- Soya been and Gaith from Kaligaad: Around 15 Farmers attended cooperative meeting and after a long discussion they agreed to grow Soyabeen in all Syara in place of Rice this year. 10 Farmers signed the Paper and will grow Soyabeen in 12 Beegha Harvested Land and they will grow Gaith in 15-20 Beegha non Harvested Land. So Approximately we will get 10-15 Kuntal of Soya been and Gaith each in November . Now Villager seeks few things in return:

a. Their Soil check for Soya been.

b. Method to be used to cultivate Soya been effectively?

c. What and which pesticide need to be used in Soya been and Gaith?

d. We need to re-imbrues the loss if there land doesn't give enough Soya been.

2- Water Harvesting: Kaligaad has few water sources which are not being utilized for farming. We visited the same and found if we can build a 15-15 feet cement tank there , then they can put water to major non-harvest land. Even they got Drinking water natural source which is flowing overnight and not been conserved. If we can build a 10-10 Feet cement tank there then water can be stored during night and can be used during next day of the daily basis and pumping the same just 10 meters will give water to 15-20 Beegha more land.

3- Sukse from Village: This year kaligaad will grow parmal and skoos to provide us Sukse in Nov-Dec. And during July they will decide about vegetables to grow in Sgawada to fulfill the vegetable need to village.

4- Sarv Siksha Kentra in School: School is running fine , has two teachers from village and they are very dedicated. One of First appointed teacher left as she has gone with her Husband but New teacher took charge from 12th Feb and doing good. Due to Teacher problem School was not working in Jan so no Salary was given to teachers, we have done following things in School:

a. Explained villager the purpose of School and they were happy to know that we have school for Moral Education, English knowledge and Personality development and they agreed to send their Kids if school is regular.

b. Teacher requested us to provide new structure for school to provide moral education, useful English with hindi meaning and Personality development lessons as kids don't get these things in regular school and left behind in this competitive world. We liked the Idea and promised to provide the same asap. Apart from that they demanded for Daily Sweets distribution and small playing items to attract kids.

c. We asked students to tell any English poem and most of the kids were knowing the things so we retained Ms. Babita Lakhera in the school and increased her salary from 500 to 700 INR pm.

d. Second teacher Ms. Lakshmi Lakhera has been removed from Kids education as two teachers are not required in one class so we have assigned her task of Oldies Education and target is 1 Oldies per month. We didn't increase her salary but given him incentive scheme, on every oldies she will get 100 INR if they read any line given by us. We told her that writing the Name will not be considered as Shikshik Oldies.

e. Salary from Feb to May has been given to both teachers and receipt has been taken.

f. Both Teachers have been told to maintain register and write daily activity and send us monthly report , else there employment will be canceled.

g. There are no Doors and Windows in Panchayat bhawan where they are conducting classes, 1500 INR has been given to village coordinator to get the same done.

5- Office Assistant in Village : Two guys from Village has been interviewed and finally Vinay Lakhera has been appointed as Local Office representative in 1100 INR pm. He is 12 pass with good second division and want to study further. He will call us every week and monitor project progress. From our side we need to provide him a Mobile, SIM, Stationary and regular updates.

6- Near by village & Gram Sabha visit: To include more Farmers and villages and also to reduce dependency on Kaligaad we have visited Kaligaad Malla, Rauta and one another Gram Shaba Manjyari and explained them our approach and asked them to start communication.

7- Progress on Medical Case: It's a long pending issue, This time we met Shri Anand Lakhera from Kaligaad Malla who was ready to take Subhash Chandra Lakhera to Kotdwara for Eye check-up, for the same we have given him INR 500 advance. Hope to get report in 15 Days.

8- Pension scheme for Nirashrit: To support the old guys who have no one to look after them we collected details and found 4 cases Kaligaad Talla, 2 from Kaligaad Malla, 2 from Rauta , 1 from Khaneta and 1 from Manjyadi Gram Sabha. We started 300 INR pm pension but seeking for sponsors so that we can increase to atleast 500 INR.

9- Tracking track verification: We shared our Idea of tourism around Village and tracking and camping facilities around Village, so we got 5 Guys who are interested and ready to manage the same. They can arrange one SUV from Kotdwara and 6 Khachchar to carry luggage as well as tents and can guys for Tourist places as well and Jungle tracking where Fishing, Camping and Tracking will real fun. For Trial Run they took us for Fishing and Tracking.

10- Information Board Setup: Information Board was already in place but kept aside, this time we installed the same next to mail shop in the village.

Please find Expanse details:

Dosto,

Nature has adorned Uttarakhand with full of its beauty. There is
a long series of Himalaya, attractive panorama of forests,
melodious chirping of Birds like Kafua, Ghuti etc. Who does not
like to see them ?  There are temples of God / Goddess step to
step. Holy River like Ganga also originates from this land. There
are many places in UK which have mythological links like great
epic Mahabharata and Ramayana. You must be knowing this fact.
According to Ramayana, where sita finally entered in the lap of
Dharti Mata after re-union of Rama with his sons Lava and Kush,
this place is also in Uttarakhand and place called
"Mansar" in Paurigarwal

Apart from this, there are several such places in Uttarakhand
which are un-discovered / un-known which are required to be given
wide publicity tourism / cultural point of view. We have
collected some information about such places of UK. You must have
heard this Chant "Jayanti Mangla Kali, Bhadar Kali
Kapalni". Where is Bhadarkali in UK, to know more about such
places, kindly go through under mentioned thread (kindly see all
the pages).

I am sending an urgent request to all list members, asking you to please
contact Chief Minister B.C. Khanduri to exercise his discretion in
extending Dr. Harshvanti Bisht's permission to maintain her
Birch/Bhojpatra Plantation in the Gangotri region.

As you may know that two years ago, Dr. Harshvanti Bisht, a reknowned
mountaineer and conservationist, was finally reallowed by the Forest
Department for two years to access her plantation that she had been
laboriously tending for almost twenty years. Despite all the hurdles
placed before her, she has continued her work these last two years,
however as the 2008 deadline looms, it is obvious that her work must
continue as the plants are still too small to grow on their own. As such
she is requesting an extension to work till 2015. She has written to the
Principal Secretary Environment & Forests, Minister of Environment &
Forests and Chief Minister of Govt of Uttarakhand, but all in vain. Now
She is asking friends and well wishers to send letters and email to the
C.M. and others to encourage him to do the right thing.

The Chief Minister's email address is bc.khanduri@nic.in. Prof Shekhar
Pathak has already sent letters to him, and hopefully the internet
community can do the same.

Dr. Bisht has kindly drafted a sample letter for supporters to send.
Prof. Pathak's letters are also attached. Also, do visit
http://savegangotri.org to take a look at her heroic efforts to save the
environment of Gangotri.

Re: Sub-Request for the extension of time to Bhojpatra (Silver Birch)
plantation work at Bhojbasa, near Gaumukh.

Hon. Chief Minister Sir,

This is well known fact that today Mother Earth is passing through a
great crises where She herself and Her inhabitants are facing the wrath
of environmental disturbances in the form of global warming, climate
change, cloud bust, floods, land slides and contracting glaciers etc.
UNs Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has expressed
great concern for Asian glaciers. With regard to India, Gangotri glacier
has been declared as the hotspot.

Every year thousands of pilgrims, KANWARS, tourists, trekkers and
mountaineers visit Gaumukh. Among them, there are people who behave
irrationally. They treat the beautiful ecology of this area as a product
for consumption and exploit it. They abuse the ecology and environment.
Due to the arrival of tourists and pilgrims the commercial activities
are going on and the beautiful Birch trees are cut for fuel and timber.
These Birch forests are truly the guards and protectors of the fragile
ecology of this region. Therefore the protection and rejuvenation of
Birch forest is most required today.

But I feel sorry to say that I have come to know that Dr Harshvanti
Bisht, Uttarkashi, who is doing Birch plantation work since 1992 and who
has very successfully raised the Birch plant nursery at Chirbasa and
planted 12500 Birch saplings at Bhojbasa has been denied the permission
to work after Nov 2008. She has experimentally achieved the success in
high altitude plantation in Himalayan region which has not been done by
any department in the country so far. This type of denial to work to a
person who is honestly doing the work means discouraging the
environmental conservation in higher Himalayas.

This is quite strange that pilgrims, tourists, kanwars and mountaineers
everyone can go to Gaumukh and exploit the region but a person who is
planting the trees is denied the permission to do environmental
conservation work (planting of trees). Being Uttarakhandi by virtue of
born in Uttarakhand, I feel that such good environmental conservation
work should not only be permitted but supported by the state government.

Hon. Sir such good, religious, social and environmentally important work
should not be discouraged. In-fact the number of people visiting to the
area should be checked according to the carrying capacity of the region
and all eco-conservation work should be protected and promoted.

Therefore it is requested that the Birch plantation work of Dr.
Harshvanti Bisht should be extended further till she wants to work there.

With regards,

Spirit of Teamwork

Posted by: "Mrs. C K Pandey" ckpandey2005@yahoo.com   ckpandey2005

Tue May 6, 2008 4:39 am (PDT)

Fostering a spirit of teamwork is critical in times of change. The key element is trust. Trust for the leader and trust for each other.

There is a wonderful story from the play, Some Folks Feel the Rain; Others Just Get Wet, that truly captures how people really feel about working together. Here it is...Enjoy!

A man was lost while driving through the country. As he tried to reach for the map, he accidentally drove off the road into a ditch. Though he wasn't injured, his car was stuck deep in the mud. So the man walked to a nearby farm to ask for help.

"Warwick can get you out of that ditch," said the farmer, pointing to an old mule standing in a field. The man looked at the decrepit old mule and looked at the farmer who just stood there repeating, "Yep, old Warwick can do the job."

The man figured he had nothing to lose. The two men and the mule made their way back to the ditch. The farmer hitched the mule to the car. With a snap of the reins, he shouted,
"Pull, Fred! Pull, Jack! Pull, Ted! Pull, Warwick!"
And the mule pulled that car right out of the ditch.

The man was amazed. He thanked the farmer, patted the mule, and asked, "Why did you call out all of those names before you called Warwick?"

The farmer grinned and said, "Old Warwick is just about blind. As long as he believes he's part of a team, he doesn't mind pulling."

Hon. Chief Minister

Foundation SHURWAAT Family for the journey

Success of the programme depends on the team work. Each and every
member was keenly involved with the programme, either be apart of
visiting team or by submitting their valuable suggestion. Many
members want to be the part of visiting team but due to the
personal commitment and unavoidable circumstances, they could not
take part in this visit, but they were in continuous touch with
other team members towards showing their commitment about their
motherland i.e. Uttarakhand. The visiting team comprising the
following members:

28th Apr 2008 – Government Inter College, Kulanikhal
– Protect Uttarakhand's Future

We started from Delhi by Bus and then by Taxi from Kotdwara. We
reached Kunalikhal around 9AM then we took all our stuff in our
hands and started moving downhill 2.5 KM walk by foot. Finally we
reached school around 9:30 AM and found close to 80% attendance
of Kids and 70% of teachers. We started with following
activities:

1- We started with interaction with teachers and came to know
that due to our efforts 3 new teachers has been appointed to
school and most of the teachers are positive with our efforts.
But on the other hand they were not stratified from last
scholarship distribution, as per them few students who were good
for nothing got the scholarship and few good students left out.
So we explained our approach of taking interview and selection
criteria and it was decided that this time interview will be
taken in presence of few teachers.

2- Library has been visited and register of issuing the book
has been verified and found that Library is working.

3- Teachers has given us already prepared list of poor Kids
(14 Kids) , Talented kids (4 Sprots) and top 3 position holders
of each class (18 Kids).

4- We started with Motivation session and recalled our last
conversation with students and then Distributed Gifts to top 3
position holders of class 6th, 7th, 8th,9th and 11th.

5- Few students told us that they had sent us Postcards but
they didn't get any reply , where we didn't get any
post card. So Kids has been asked to give the postcards and
letters to school and we will pick them by hand till we find the
solution of communication problem.

6- Took interview of 22 Kids (who were present) in presence
of 3 teachers.

9- The Student who was not able to attend the interview has
been requested to attend the same on 22nd May, when Naresh Tiwari
ji will be visiting school & village.

10- During discussion we came to know that all teachers are not
satisfied with Principal and Clerk, even we too felt the same as
apart from 1st visit we have never seen the principle in the
school ( saddest part of our project). Also the clerk use to
delay the bills and other things related to teacher and seeks
money to process the same. Teachers are highly unhappy with
management and want to take transfers.

28th – 30th Apr 2007 - Journey towards our aim - Kaligaad
Talla

We Started by foot to Village from Dhabkhal, an 9 KM hilly track
tour. We took 2 hours to complete 9 KM walk, seems good average
for non hilly residents, But the best Part was when ever we were
confused due to 2 ways in-front of us, god helped us by sending
someone and guided us.

During our 2 Days Stay in Village we have completed following
Tasks:

1- Soya been and Gaith from Kaligaad: Around 15 Farmers
attended cooperative meeting and after a long discussion they
agreed to grow Soyabeen in all Syara in place of Rice this year.
10 Farmers signed the Paper and will grow Soyabeen in 12 Beegha
Harvested Land and they will grow Gaith in 15-20 Beegha non
Harvested Land. So Approximately we will get 10-15 Kuntal of Soya
been and Gaith each in November . Now Villager seeks few things
in return:

a. Their Soil check for Soya been.

b. Method to be used to cultivate Soya been effectively?

c. What and which pesticide need to be used in Soya been
and Gaith?

d. We need to re-imbrues the loss if there land
doesn't give enough Soya been.

2- Water Harvesting: Kaligaad has few water sources which are
not being utilized for farming. We visited the same and found if
we can build a 15-15 feet cement tank there , then they can put
water to major non-harvest land. Even they got Drinking water
natural source which is flowing overnight and not been conserved.
If we can build a 10-10 Feet cement tank there then water can be
stored during night and can be used during next day of the daily
basis and pumping the same just 10 meters will give water to
15-20 Beegha more land.

3- Sukse from Village: This year kaligaad will grow parmal
and skoos to provide us Sukse in Nov-Dec. And during July they
will decide about vegetables to grow in Sgawada to fulfill the
vegetable need to village.

4- Sarv Siksha Kentra in School: School is running fine , has
two teachers from village and they are very dedicated. One of
First appointed teacher left as she has gone with her Husband but
New teacher took charge from 12th Feb and doing good. Due to
Teacher problem School was not working in Jan so no Salary was
given to teachers, we have done following things in School:

a. Explained villager the purpose of School and they were
happy to know that we have school for Moral Education, English
knowledge and Personality development and they agreed to send
their Kids if school is regular.

b. Teacher requested us to provide new structure for school
to provide moral education, useful English with hindi meaning and
Personality development lessons as kids don't get these
things in regular school and left behind in this competitive
world. We liked the Idea and promised to provide the same asap.
Apart from that they demanded for Daily Sweets distribution and
small playing items to attract kids.

c. We asked students to tell any English poem and most of
the kids were knowing the things so we retained Ms. Babita
Lakhera in the school and increased her salary from 500 to 700
INR pm.

d. Second teacher Ms. Lakshmi Lakhera has been removed from
Kids education as two teachers are not required in one class so
we have assigned her task of Oldies Education and target is 1
Oldies per month. We didn't increase her salary but given
him incentive scheme, on every oldies she will get 100 INR if
they read any line given by us. We told her that writing the Name
will not be considered as Shikshik Oldies.

e. Salary from Feb to May has been given to both teachers
and receipt has been taken.

f. Both Teachers have been told to maintain register and
write daily activity and send us monthly report , else there
employment will be canceled.

g. There are no Doors and Windows in Panchayat bhawan where
they are conducting classes, 1500 INR has been given to village
coordinator to get the same done.

5- Office Assistant in Village : Two guys from Village has
been interviewed and finally Vinay Lakhera has been appointed as
Local Office representative in 1100 INR pm. He is 12 pass with
good second division and want to study further. He will call us
every week and monitor project progress. From our side we need to
provide him a Mobile, SIM, Stationary and regular updates.

6- Near by village & Gram Sabha visit: To include more
Farmers and villages and also to reduce dependency on Kaligaad we
have visited Kaligaad Malla, Rauta and one another Gram Shaba
Manjyari and explained them our approach and asked them to start
communication.

7- Progress on Medical Case: It's a long pending
issue, This time we met Shri Anand Lakhera from Kaligaad Malla
who was ready to take Subhash Chandra Lakhera to Kotdwara for Eye
check-up, for the same we have given him INR 500 advance. Hope to
get report in 15 Days.

8- Pension scheme for Nirashrit: To support the old guys who
have no one to look after them we collected details and found 4
cases Kaligaad Talla, 2 from Kaligaad Malla, 2 from Rauta , 1
from Khaneta and 1 from Manjyadi Gram Sabha. We started 300 INR
pm pension but seeking for sponsors so that we can increase to
atleast 500 INR.

9- Tracking track verification: We shared our Idea of tourism
around Village and tracking and camping facilities around
Village, so we got 5 Guys who are interested and ready to manage
the same. They can arrange one SUV from Kotdwara and 6 Khachchar
to carry luggage as well as tents and can guys for Tourist places
as well and Jungle tracking where Fishing, Camping and Tracking
will real fun. For Trial Run they took us for Fishing and
Tracking.

10- Information Board Setup: Information Board was already in
place but kept aside, this time we installed the same next to
mail shop in the village.

Please find Expanse details:

Welcome George Bush in Dhumakot

Posted by: "ram prasad" tnordramprasad@yahoo.co.in   tnordramprasad

Mon May 5, 2008 9:57 pm (PDT)

Dear Bistji,

As a student of Dhumakot school you along with others
organised a two day conference in Dhumakot. There has
been considerable discussion on Dhumakot Sangliya
groups on internet. The international group is
currently discussing the remarks of George Bush on
Indian middle class. Uttarakhand too has a middle
class. We have a large number of Uttarakhand internet
groups. Uttarakhand Solidarity Group has done well to
integrate efforts the Uttarakhand middle class is
making for the development of Uttarakhand. One of the
reports says:

"President A. P. J. Abdul Kalam conferred the
Padmashree, one of the country's highest civilian
honours, in an event held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi
on 5th April 2007, to Dr. Lalit Mohan Pandey
(Environment), Prof. Shekhar Pathak (Education and
Literature), Prof. K. S. Valdiya (Science &
Engineering), Prof. Devendra Singh Rahinwal
(Posthumously for Education and Journalism) along with
Shri Khalid Zaheer (Social Services), all from
Uttarakhand

"An interactive session was held with Dr. Lalit Mohan
Pandey, Prof. Shekhar Pathak and Prof. K. S. Valdiya
on 6th April 2007 at India International Centre (IIC),
New Delhi. The program also marked the presence of
eminent journalist Prof. Pushpesh Pant, Mr. Tom Walter
and popular Uttarakhand musical legends - Shri
Narendra Singh Negi, Shri Girish Tiwari "Girda" and
Shri Heera Singh Rana.

"Please see photo gallery and live video from the
event at eUttarakhand."

There was a conference in Chicago organised by Indo
American Friendship Society to highlight a different
role. One cannot avoid the role of heros. The heros
are those NRIs who have done ground work in India.
The work of this conference will also come for review
in the Dhumakot Sangliya international group.
But currently the group is discussing the observations
of George Bush on the role of Indian middle class.

But at the ground level the work is to be done by the
local people. Dhumakot Sangliya groups are making use
of Naindanda Vikas Sangh. Shri Jagpal Singh Rawat who
is the General Secretary of the Sangh recently had a
talk with General TPS Rawat. General Rawat said that
he had tried his best to implement what we now call
Dhumakot Sangliya experiment. He tried to make use of
all the resources at his command. He met Tiwariji a
number of times. He met indira Hridyesh a number of
times. He met the secretaries. Things did not go very
far. He continues to do what ever is in his power.
But he needs support from other people.

Kindly help Nainidanda Vikas Sangh to make use of this
discussion. Let the Uttarakhand middle class not
become what Indian middle class has become according
to George Bush.

Dear all friends,

We have many natural food which we normally gets in our villages, jungles i meant to say in our uttrakhand i.e hissar, kaful, kingore, Timla, Bedu, kharhik, panya (white giri, kandali (can be used for green vegetable) other than amla, aaru, khumani etc.

Is it poossible to give more attention to such preservation processes so that these vaminishing/disappearing foods can be continued to live for long time in our uttrakhand.

If it becomes possible to preserved these for marketing purpose, i am quite sure every uttrakhandi would show itnerest in these foods.

such act will put the attention of villagers and unemployed to pay attention to these money earning activitiees. Even retired person may put there interests.

By this we could be able to earn more for our uttrakhand as weel as self dependency for our state.

This subject require more amd more discussion. Pl put your vaulable suggestions to make this dream into reality which will be a pride for our state.

I strongly agree that some thing needs to be done to save
our(India) crop/bio diversity. We are getting more and more into
Genetic Modified food by grace of so called multinationals. On
our part, we can spread the word and educate our innocent village
people about the danger of GM crops. If we start buying more and
more organic food, we can help save the mother earth too.

Welcome George Bush in Dhumakot

Posted by: "ram prasad" tnordramprasad@yahoo.co.in   tnordramprasad

Mon May 5, 2008 11:27 pm (PDT)

Dear Bistji,

As a student of Dhumakot school you along with others
organised a two day conference in Dhumakot. There has
been considerable discussion on Dhumakot Sangliya
groups on internet. The international group is
currently discussing the remarks of George Bush on
Indian middle class. Uttarakhand too has a middle
class. We have a large number of Uttarakhand internet
groups. Uttarakhand Solidarity Group has done well to
integrate efforts the Uttarakhand middle class is
making for the development of Uttarakhand. One of the
reports says:

"President A. P. J. Abdul Kalam conferred the
Padmashree, one of the country's highest civilian
honours, in an event held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi
on 5th April 2007, to Dr. Lalit Mohan Pandey
(Environment), Prof. Shekhar Pathak (Education and
Literature), Prof. K. S. Valdiya (Science &
Engineering), Prof. Devendra Singh Rahinwal
(Posthumously for Education and Journalism) along with
Shri Khalid Zaheer (Social Services), all from
Uttarakhand

"An interactive session was held with Dr. Lalit Mohan
Pandey, Prof. Shekhar Pathak and Prof. K. S. Valdiya
on 6th April 2007 at India International Centre (IIC),
New Delhi. The program also marked the presence of
eminent journalist Prof. Pushpesh Pant, Mr. Tom Walter
and popular Uttarakhand musical legends - Shri
Narendra Singh Negi, Shri Girish Tiwari "Girda" and
Shri Heera Singh Rana.

"Please see photo gallery and live video from the
event at eUttarakhand."

There was a conference in Chicago organised by Indo
American Friendship Society to highlight a different
role. One cannot avoid the role of heros. The heros
are those NRIs who have done ground work in India.
The work of this conference will also come for review
in the Dhumakot Sangliya international group.
But currently the group is discussing the observations
of George Bush on the role of Indian middle class.

But at the ground level the work is to be done by the
local people. Dhumakot Sangliya groups are making use
of Naindanda Vikas Sangh. Shri Jagpal Singh Rawat who
is the General Secretary of the Sangh recently had a
talk with General TPS Rawat. General Rawat said that
he had tried his best to implement what we now call
Dhumakot Sangliya experiment. He tried to make use of
all the resources at his command. He met Tiwariji a
number of times. He met indira Hridyesh a number of
times. He met the secretaries. Things did not go very
far. He continues to do what ever is in his power.
But he needs support from other people.

Kindly help Nainidanda Vikas Sangh to make use of this
discussion. Let the Uttarakhand middle class not
become what Indian middle class has become according
to George Bush.

Tue May 6, 2008 12:48 am (PDT)

Dimriji,

Let me thanks first for your goodness and all those who have shown there interest in this.

First for all we need to access/research the areas where all these are availabel in good and consideratble qty, approach to the sites, problems that may occur from time to time that may faced by villagers/concerns in the light of unknown risks/govt/panchayats etc.

IT requires good and timley collection and there preservation in cold gowdons/ factories as the case may be. Thre from the foods can be used for the different variety of eatable product formation.

Than to fin out the marketing or we should say access to the local market/vendors. Here I would like to add, if govt may shown there interest than it will be more easier to sell them from govt stores like khadi udyogs or separate sales/marketing counters may be developed.

It reqquire a lenghty and tiring as well as expensiv process but fruitful once commence systemetically

It will ultimatly devlop village areas (by making ways/paths/roads and other basic infrastructures ncessary), educate them, make them upcoming enterprenuers, who knows one of them may come out in the state who may add proud to his village, the state and the nation.

in this other misc small industries may devlop which maight have dreamed by some one but due to unawareness he has droped out his thingking.

ultimatley there will be a revolusionary development for our uttrakhand.

Dear Rawatji:

Could you let me know please how much help do you need. I am thinking a target of Rs. 50,000 from here NJ.

Many thanks.

Sanjana
---------------------

Dear All,

Thanks for your responses (this mail is marked to all those members who has
shown their interest in helping this family).

JUST ABOUT PG GROUP:

PG Group is a social group of people who believe in giving back to their
Society. It's a group of people of Uttarakhand, who are working outside
Uttarakhand & have passion for doing something for their society. Almost 99%
members of the group are working in private companies and even though they
are very tide up with their daily jobs, sparing some time for the needy
people of our dev_bhumi. PG Group is a voluntary non-profit registered TRUST
(registered with Registrar of Delhi), which is also an online yahoo group
engaged in the upliftment of less privileged section of Uttarakhand State.

MASTER ALOK'S CASE:

Family of Master Alok has approached us after they could not get any help
from other institutions/ government authorities. For your kind information,
in the past also, PG Group has helped one bone cancer patient (master
Deepak) of Uttarakhand by collecting more than Rs.7 Lacs for his treatment
from the group members and from other sources including NRIs.

Some of the members/donors have suggested that the family should approach to
Sathya Sai Institute, Bangalore, who conducts free operation/surgery &
charge nothing from the heart patient but the fact is something else. They
had also gone their for the treatment of his son but it was totally
surprised for them that the institute has told them that they can not treat
the child due to certain reasons, which only patient's family can tell.

Only Apollo Hospital, Delhi has given them some hope that by conducting
immediate surgery, life of the patient can be saved. One of the doctors in
the Apollo Hospital, who is an Uttarakhandi, has given them estimate for
Rs.1.5 Lacs for the treatment of the patient. This doctor will not charge
his fees etc. and will also try to minimize the treatment expenses.

For your kind information, PG Group does not have any financial source and
all our initiatives are driven by our members. We value the contribution of
each of our members. As informed earlier, PG Group has a very transparent
fund system and each donor is informed about utilization of his/her funds.

As you may perhaps aware that PG Group Trustees have (8 trustees) have
contributed Rs.10000/- for the treatment of Master Alok but the family needs
atleast Rs.1.25 Lacs so that they can come to Delhi and admit him in the
hospital. Donations can be made thru PG Group Trust and your contribution
can be transferred in the Group's following account with your instructions
and mail to me or to the group.

Dear friends,

--

To,
Shri B.C.Khanduriji
Hon. Chief Minister
Government of Uttarakhand
Dehradun, India

Re: Sub-Request for the extension of time to Bhojpatra (Silver Birch)
plantation work at Bhojbasa, near Gaumukh.

Hon. Chief Minister Sir,

This is well known fact that today Mother Earth is passing through a
great crises where She herself and Her inhabitants are facing the wrath
of environmental disturbances in the form of global warming, climate
change, cloud bust, floods, land slides and contracting glaciers etc.
UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has expressed
great concern for Asian glaciers.

Dear D.Dhyani ji, Thanks for your concern & bringing some
points in our notice.... These all problems are related to a
young man means a person who passed his schooling & having some
responsibility in his village. A person who is not getting a
proper education in his home town then he will never remember his
tradition & culture, If the person is not done his basic
schooling on his home town, he never does understand his
language. After passing his schooling the person is not having
the worked then defiantly he will use his spare time in Alcohol &
other bad activity. If the person is not aware about his own
future then how can he will think about other series problems of
his areas (Water Harvesting)? My AIM behind to tell all this
thing is that these all things related to our
children̢۪s (Students) who is the FOUNDATION of our
state, so we have a mission to give the right dose on right time
to make BIG TREE, so please join us, you will be seen that after
a time period your all ideas will be converting in a realistic
approach. So join us we are with you to give the full frame of
your ideas...... For Team Foundation Shurwaat, Deepak Kala

Dear friends,

Mai ap logon ka dhyan hamare paharon ki vegitation ki

ki
tarah hi saman height par hai aur apni fruit crops ke karan is
waqt
kafi unnat hai. agar hamare ilake ke logon ko bhi ilake ke
climate ki
sahi jaankari dekar unko fruit production me pra shikshit kiya
jaye to
mai samajhta hoon ki waha par bhi ek harit kranti ki ummeed ki ja
sakti hai.

ap sabhi logon se os bare me suggetion amntrit hain?
jaise ki himachal me akhront, apple aur baki fruit ho sakte hain
waise
hi hamare yahan bhi sab paida ho sakta hai kewal jaroorat hai
jara si
shiksha ki aur mehnat ki.
