Kala ji aapne sahee kaha ki jo bacche schooling karne ke bad na
to aage ki padhai karte hai aur na koi dhang ka kam wo sharab
jaisee buri lat main aasani se pad jate hain aur hum logon ko is
disha main kaam karna hai ki unko sahee padhai ka awsar mile aur
fir kaam bhi apne hi gaon main...ek baar jab apne hi chetr main
kam ka mauka milege to buri aadten bhi chootengi anewali peedhi
ki....

main aapki is baat se sahmat nahee hoon ki agar aapki schooling
aapke home town main nahee hui to language nahi janoge...maine
kabhee paharon main nahee padha aur hum main se kaiyon ne nahee
padha hoga lekin main gharwali main kafi fluent hun aur most
probably aap main se kai....ye sab depend karta hai.....

ye bhi sahee hai ki agar ek aadmi aapne future ke bare main he
sure nahee hai to wo serious problems ke bare main kya
sochega.....aur hum log kalagad main isi disha main kaam kar rahe
hain...aur bhagwan ne chaha to jaldi hi badlaw aayega....

each of us has some ideas to implement....and with our collective
effeorts we'll succeed...

mera idea paharon ki fal aur ayurvedic podhon ki madad se
employment generation main hai....jis par main kaam kar raha
hun....

[Kumauni-Garhwali] Uttaranchanchali Musical Night @ Muscut

Uttaranchanchali Musical Night @ Muscut : A New Chapter in Unity of NRI
Uttaranchalis

Once Again Uttaranchali community gathered together as a one family in
Muscat to script a new chapter of unity and brotherhood which we carries
as our basic values from Dev-Bhoomi. This was 4th mega Uttaranchali
Musical Night being organized by Garhwali-Kumauni wing of Indian Social
Club, Muscat.

19:30 Program was started by Indian High commissioner for Oman in the
strong presence of over 250 Uttaranchali crowd. After that there was no
stopping of music, dance , fun an d Masti by 4 very well know Uttaranchali
singers including Mr. Preetam Bharthwan, Ms. Meena Rana and Ms. Sangeeta
Dhoundiyal. Both male and Female danced on Garhwali and Kumauni songs
along with Jagar sung by Mr. Preetam.

We wish same brotherhood and unity should remain and all uttaranchali
worldwide will be gathered as a one family…. And collectively will work
for Uttaranchali community…. Lets get us identified and keep our culture
intact…..

Dear Friends,

The meeting of FOUNDATION SHURWAAT was held on 27.04.2008. Besides other members, our Overseas members/contributor s, Shri Deepak Dhyani, Foundation Shurwaat, Dubai and Shri Ranaji, Uttarakhand Club, Abhu Dhabi has also attended the meeting. We had also received comments on agenda points from the outside Delhi members.

During the meeting, all agenda was discussed in the meeting. Besides, the interview for suitable person for Delhi office was also held.
The following decision/points were emerged from the meeting:

EMPLOYMENT

1.                 25 candidates had applied for the post. After scrutinised four persons has been invited for the interview. The interview was held on 27.04.2008.

2.                 In the line of 'Conventional NGO', Shri Naresh Chandra Tiwari has been employed for Delhi Office. (Shri Naresh Chandra has postgraduate degree. However, his strong point for selection is, his keen interest/strong commitment to work for the rural people and his social background.
He is already with the visiting team in this visit).

3.                 To fill the gap of mis- communication between Village people and FOUNDATION SHURWAAT, Shri Naresh Chandra will regularly visit the project area. Besides routine activities of FOUNDATION SHURWAAT, he will also look after the entire work of Cooperatives in Delhi under which marketing and distribution work will be handle by them.

LOCAL OFFICE

4.                 Local Office has been opened in West Vinod Nagar, who will take care of all marketing & distribution of Village Cooperative product. Besides, all activities of Trust will be administered from this office. The office telephone number is 9210776661.

5.                 For setting up office, we need Computer, Printer, Table, Chair, Almirah and other stationary items. It has been decided in the meeting that instead of spent money to purchase the above items, we may seek the donation for second hand computer, table, chair, Almirah and Stationary items from our members & others.

TEAM VISIT FOR PROJECT AREA

6.                 A Team was gone to project area comprising Shri Deepak Dhyani, Shri Akhilesh Gusai and our new employee Shri Naresh Chandra on 27.04.2008 (Night).

7.                 The team will visit Government Inter College, Kulanikhal and all village of Kaligaad Gram Sabha and nearby Manjyari Gram Sabha.

8.                 In the school, the team will interview the students for scholarship award for the year 2008-09 session. Besides that team will distribute the prices to all students, who secured first, second and third in their class.   Meeting with teachers and principal has also been fixed to discuss the problems and prospects of the students and teachers.

NEW MEMBERSHIP/MEMBERSH IP FEES

9.       It has also been decided that we may request all our existing members to furnish the membership fee as per their convenience. The membership fee details are available in the website.

10.     Besides, our existing member may send one-to-one mail to their known person and inform them about the FOUNDATION SHURWAAT and its activities. (Upto date details of the FOUNDATION SHURWAAT was already available in the webiste i.e http://www.foundati onshurwaat. org).

DONATION

11.     As shortly, with the help of new employee, activities of the FOUNDATION SHURWAAT will be in full swing. To avoid the interruption of the activities of FS in the absence of fund, It has been decided that our members have to take strong initiative to obtained donation for the activities of the FOUNDATION SHURWAAT.

TEAM RESONSIBILITY

12.     In order to see the forthcoming work of the FS, it has been decided that all team leader should review their team and furnish their task as decided earlier in time. If they need to take more person in their team, they can take. If any Team Leader wants to take additional responsibility, he has most welcome.

Dear Friends!!

Yesterday i.e. on 27th April, 2008, PG Group Trustees had a detailed discussion on mission "save life of Master Alok". In the meeting it was decided that PG Group will release Rs.10000/- from its available funds to hospital authorities after the patient is admitted to the Apollo Hospital, New Delhi.

Mr. Mohan Bisht, who had helped them before has briefed us about the patient's family and his health. Mr. Mohan Bisht has also informed that they have also collected Rs.10000/- for this noble cause.

Now, have you ever seen a 12 years young pahadi affected by this disease? Can u do your bit and help with a small contribution to the Master Alok? For your ready reference all the medical reports are enclosed herewith so that before making any decision you check all the facts and figures. Also, we have received a request from the father of the patient for help, which is enclosed herewith for your perusal.

Friends, previous year also, we had taken up a task to help out Master Deepak (who was suffering from bone cancer) and his family by arranging Rs.5 Lacs. We thank each one of you for coming forward and taking interest in that case. Your contribution has further motivated us to help this patient and his family, who has no other source of income and depends on the fund collections.

If you also think that you can also contribute some amount so that the family of the patient can admit master Alok in the Apollo Hospital again for his speedy recovery & bring cheers to his face.

Bhagavad Gita, "Song of God") is a Sanskrit text from
the Bhishma Parva of the Mahabharata epic, comprising 700
verses.[1]

Krishna, as the speaker of the Bhagavad Gita, is referred to
within as Bhagavan[2] (the divine one). The verses themselves,
using the range and style of Sanskrit meter (chhandas) with
similes and metaphors, are written in a poetic form that is
traditionally chanted; hence the title, which translates to "the
Song of the Divine One". The Bhagavad Gita is revered as sacred
by Hindu traditions,[3] and especially so by Vaishnavas
(followers of Vishnu). It is commonly referred to as The Gita.

The content of the text is a conversation between Krishna and
Arjuna taking place on the battlefield of Kurukshetra just prior
to the start of the Kurukshetra war. Responding to Arjuna's
confusion and moral dilemma, Krishna explains to Arjuna his
duties as a warrior and Prince and elaborates on different
Yogic[4] and Vedantic philosophies, with examples and analogies.
This has led to the Gita often being described as a concise guide
to Hindu philosophy and also as a practical, self-contained guide
to life. During the discourse, Krishna reveals his identity as
the Supreme Being Himself (Svayam bhagavan), blessing Arjuna with
an awe-inspiring glimpse of His divine universal form.

The Bhagavad Gita is also called Gitopaniá¹£ad as well as
Yogupaniá¹£ad, implying its status as an Upanishad, or a
Vedantic scripture.[5] Since the Gita is drawn from the
Mahabharata, it is a Smá¹›ti text. However, referring to it
as an Upanishad is intended to give it status comparable to that
of ´sruti, or revealed knowledge

Dear Friends!!

Yesterday i.e. on 27th April, 2008, PG Group Trustees had a detailed discussion on mission "save life of Master Alok". In the meeting it was decided that PG Group will release Rs.10000/- from its available funds to hospital authorities after the patient is admitted to the Apollo Hospital, New Delhi.

Mr. Mohan Bisht, who had helped them before has briefed us about the patient's family and his health. Mr. Mohan Bisht has also informed that they have also collected Rs.10000/- for this noble cause.

Now, have you ever seen a 12 years young pahadi affected by this disease? Can u do your bit and help with a small contribution to the Master Alok? For your ready reference all the medical reports are enclosed herewith so that before making any decision you check all the facts and figures. Also, we have received a request from the father of the patient for help, which is enclosed herewith for your perusal.

Friends, previous year also, we had taken up a task to help out Master Deepak (who was suffering from bone cancer) and his family by arranging Rs.5 Lacs. We thank each one of you for coming forward and taking interest in that case. Your contribution has further motivated us to help this patient and his family, who has no other source of income and depends on the fund collections.

If you also think that you can also contribute some amount so that the family of the patient can admit master Alok in the Apollo Hospital again for his speedy recovery & bring cheers to his face.

As informed earlier, we have a transparent fund control system and details of the fund management are shared with the members during meets and also on our website. Those who think that they can also be part of this mission can contribute thru PG Group. PG Group bank details are given below:

Please dont respond to any email send with the "Title:Online Banking Alert sent by ICICI bank."
ICICI has confirmed that this mail was never sent by them. Please don't provide any of your personnel information (Internet Banking User id, passwords, credit / debit card numbers, Net banking password ) as asked by the web link in the mail message.I got this  mail Today and when  i asked ICICI bank about it . They confirmed me that this is a mail  fraud(phishing) .
Please find below the original mail message asking for the personnel information regarding the online transaction.

The meeting of FOUNDATION SHURWAAT was held on 27.04.2008.
Besides other members, our Overseas members/contributors, Shri

EMPLOYMENT

1. 25 candidates had applied for the post. After

2. In the line of 'Conventional
NGO', Shri Naresh Chandra Tiwari has been employed for
Delhi Office. (Shri Naresh Chandra has postgraduate degree.

Uttaranchanchali Musical Night @ Muscut : A New Chapter in Unity of NRI Uttaranchalis

Once Again Uttaranchali community gathered together as a one family in Muscat to script a new chapter of unity and brotherhood which we carries as our basic values from Dev-Bhoomi. This was 4th mega Uttaranchali Musical Night being organized by Garhwali-Kumauni wing of Indian Social Club, Muscat.

19:30 Program was started by Indian High commissioner for Oman in the strong presence of over 250 Uttaranchali crowd. After that there was no stopping of music, dance , fun and Masti by 4 very well know Uttaranchali singers including Mr. Preetam Bharthwan, Ms. Meena Rana and Ms. Sangeeta Dhoundiyal. Both male and Female danced on Garhwali and Kumauni songs along with Jagar sung by Mr. Preetam.

We wish same brotherhood and unity should remain and all uttaranchali worldwide will be gathered as a one family…. And collectively will work for Uttaranchali community…. Lets get us identified and keep our culture intact…..
